Took my wife to their ER late at night. From the moment they opened the door for us we were greeted with nothing but compassion. We sat in the waiting room no more than 2 minutes before they called my wife to the back. Quick, attentive compassionate and the love for the human race are only a few traits they exhibit when caring for their patients.

I had the BEST experience today at the Emergency room at Dignity Health - Mark Twain Medical center. Everyone was so very friendly. They really care about you. I waited maybe 1 minute before I was called back. If I could give 10 stars I would. They really are the the best. Thank you making me so very comfortable.

my husband fell off the roof today and trashed his leg as a result. i got him to this ER in San Andreas as quickly as i could. the nursing staff and front office folks were nothing but kind, compassionate and empathic. i can not thank them all enough for everything they did for him. they were all so amazingly concerned with his level of pain. their first point of care was to make sure he was as comfortable as he could be. they were all so very careful with moving him and manipulating him for rads and splinting. in the end, he required transport to a trauma center for repair. thank you is not enough to say to the 2/25/24 afternoon/early evening staff that helped this 'osha poster child' of mine. thank you.

I’m happy with the service . I am from Texas and was very reluctant to coming to the ER. Everyone has treated me with kindness, patience and respect . The nurses , ultrasound tech, receptionist the doctor all took amazing care of me. My extreme pain was tackled and managed . Nausea controlled. Smooth organized staff . I’m waiting for surgeon and I’m sure I am in great hands . Ty to all you guys from this Texas Gal …. Veronica A

Dont go to this hospital if you care about your health. They just turned away a 8 month pregnant woman who was having trouble breathing and on the verge of passing out. Because she has covid. And there excuse is they dont have a fetal monitor. I find it hard to believe that a hospital of this magnitude doesnt have such a simple piece of equipment. Wheres the compassion for your fellow man. Thanks for the popsicle though. Pathetic.

Sad . RE: RUDE STAFF. I was in ER last nite with this older lady. This older lady had gone into the lobby. She didnt want anyone to see her crying. I saw her face all skewed up and went into the lobby and ask if i cd help. The E R " greeting" person came into lobby and told her rudely----- lecturing! "If you dont come bk in the E R You r going to hv to register all over. The poor lady left the lobby for outside, crying even more. I followed and ask if i cd help . she sd she was in lots of sepsis pain . She left . she didnt come bk. Sad treatment . Shortly after that, the E. R staff person went home and told us she had been on a 12 hr shift. Maybe thts why she wasnt at all attentive. Sad

Called to see if I could come back for help as I can’t get into my primary Dr cuz of the wait told me they did all that could do if I’m really concerned to go to Lodi or Stockton very inhumane if you ask me
