I was scared by the reviews but the medical professionals were quick to assist me with x rays and doctor consultation. Everyone was very kind but Martha especially, She made me laugh while I was having an anxiety attack, and the woman who did my xrays who put my hair in a scrunchy for me when I couldn't do it because my hand was too messed up. Thank you 💕💕

By far the worst ER I’ve ever been to. I got in smoothly, had my blood taken, and a CT done, but then they waited 5 hours to share the results with me.

Worse than that, they tried to explain my SEVERE left upper and right upper abdominal pain by saying it’s from using THC THREE WEEKS AGO.

On top of that, my post-prandial blood sugar was 152. Prediabetic territory. But they said it was normal. Where did these people go to school?

And when I had QUESTIONS and challenged the provider’s opinion, she got upset and went to get security to try and intimidate or get a rise out of me. For advocating for myself as a patient and calling her out on her BS. Wow, talk about a God complex. Fragile ego.

Something is very obviously wrong with my digestive organs, even if it’s not emergent. But I don’t even trust that the radiologist gave it a good look, or even knows, based on the terrible NP they have.

I wish I had gotten one of the doctors. The old, grey-haired NP is giving people the worst advice, getting emotional when you inquire or challenge an opinion.

Who has ever gotten SHARP PAIN AND INFLAMMATION in their abdomen and heightened blood sugar from last smoking
THREE WEEKS AGO. Terrible doctors go for the easiest explanation and refuse to do any further digging.

My BP is normally 100/60. It was 140/80 when I went to the ER. Pulse is normally 60-70. 80-90 standing. It was 140 standing and 110 sitting when I got there. Something is wrong in my body and they didn’t even care to hear me out.

And after waiting for 5 hours, they’re rushing me out, when I waited so patiently. That old NP is a witch.

My only crime was being sick and being passionate about my health and not taking their poor explanations as the word of law.

I obviously have some sort of pancreas inflammation, insulin resistance, something. My insides still burn. They probably didn’t even read the results right.

And the NP said that lipase labs are for your gallbladder. They’re not. It’s to check pancreas function. And she said that not even knowing I had my gallbladder removed already. These doctors don’t even look at your health profile.

And look what a real MD said on the internet:
“Over time, if you keep having attacks, your lipase may cease to rise and providers will send home critically ill patients.” Well, I still feel critically ill. THC has never given someone liver or pancreas pain and inflammation, show me the source.

Sitting in ER came off the 5 (traveling) shortness of breath, tightness in my chest and nausea. Security was rude and nurses are oblivious. Worried that I’m really in the wrong place. They don’t seen capable

I took my daughter in on Monday night 06/03/24 around 11PM. I would give zero stars but then I can't say how horrible this ER is. The security guard wasn't sitting at her station when we walked in and she appeared behind us very abrupt and was very rude. Asked who needed to be seen, I stated my daughter and she asked very rudely "is she a minor "? I said no. She then proceeds to double down on her rudeness and asks for my ID. I felt very attacked and I am not trying to be dramatic. She was just really awful. I needed to help my daughter write due to her writing hand being injured and they were not helpful and treated us like crap. The nurse was very rude with my daughter and it caused my daughter to get aggravated with him so I went to help her and they then were rude to me. Asked what my relationship was to MY DAUGHTER after I had already told them that. I think he was assuming that I was her girlfriend. These people are so unprofessional and I will never return. The last time I was there as a patient the nurse inside was so rude. It's just going downhill fast. There's cocroaches all over the waiting room. So sad because this was my go to ER when I was in need. Such a shame. Please don't respond with your blanket statement that you send to every negative review. Not needed. I'm going to go elsewhere for care from now on.

Honestly, this was a terrible experience. I went in Monday for severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. The initial wait was no problem, they were busy so I was fine waiting. After I went to triage, the nurse stated I needed a urine sample. I told her I didn’t have anything in me I threw all my water up and couldn’t keep it down. I couldn’t pee. She stated, very rudely, “well you’re going to be here a while then because we need that sample to run tests.” I attempted to drink water from the fountain and threw it up immediately. My friend asked a nurse for water or anything to drink, the nurse said we don’t recommended patients with abdominal pain to drink any water. I was called back for blood work and CT Scan fairly quickly. I informed the nurses along the way that I couldn’t keep water down and didn’t have anything to give for a urine sample. Each nurse assured me it was okay and I wouldn’t need to give a sample. They say my results will be out soon and to wait in the waiting area. A couple hours later, another nurse comes to ask if I’ve gone to the bathroom yet. I again said no I can’t and she just said to try. This happened a couple more times. SIX HOURS LATER my friend who brought me found the nurse and demanded something else be done because I was still in pain and very obviously could not produce a urine sample. She said well we can do a catheter. I said yes do it because I CAN NOT PEE. She looked taken aback but said okay. A couple mins later she took me to a side room, put in the catheter and got the sample. I was told to again return to the waiting area. Not even 20 mins later they said everything looked “normal” and to make an appointment with my GI. I already have an appointment. In January. They knew this. I left feeling considerably worse. Sent my results to another doctor and nurse for a second opinion. Needless to say, both the doctor and nurse are infuriated with my “normal” results because, in their opinion, I should have been admitted. Currently looking for help else where because I do not trust the staff at this hospital.
