Very bad, the doctors take a long time to attend to you and for any other order they have to give. The nurses are the ones who treat you best but in the end they can't do anything without the late order of a doctor. In short, I didn't like it at all.

Emergency room staff was very dismissive of my needs. The only person who was sympathetic was the admitting cna and the administrative person who collects info for billing. Told the staff there that I needed victim services as I was assaulted the told me no and discharged me. Asian female doctor overnight was the worst. She didn't care at all just rolled her eyes and left. If you have an option never fo here.

I was a bit hesitant to come as I’m not very trusting of Western medicine, but I had no other choice. My daughter needed help and she was very scared, yet the nurse and doctor put us at ease and saw her right away. They prescribed some medicine and she felt better after. The admissions lady was very hospitable. I’m confident this option will work. I know where I’ll be going for all future emergencies.

The first 6-7 hours in the ER was good. But then they ran out of rooms in the hospital (beds but no nurses). So they could not move those of us that needed overnight care . The next 12 hours in the ER I was basically ignored. Despite being extremely contagious I took myself to the public ER bathroom every hour. I told them there was no toilet paper, and the next time I went to the bathroom there was still no paper! I had to go get some myself. I had to unplug myself because no one would come even when I beeped the emergency button. Even when the alarms would go off on my machines no one came, I learned how to disconnect and reconnect to turn off the annoying machines. I understand they were very under staffed but the care was non existent. Finally after 19 hours I was moved to the hospital. The care there in the hospital room was very good. But the ER was terrible. I was called the next day about a survey, and told them of my experience but no one has contacted me. Not good.

It was such a quick vist! The good part was not having to wait, although I do regret not going to an urgent care instead. Even the nurse suggested that's what he would've done with my symptoms. Definitely a waste of money.
The doctor was obviously very experienced, but he didn't even do a rapid strep test. He just looked at my throat and said it was strepthroat and prescribed antibiotics. I took the whole course but my throat still hurts a week and a half later. I'm wondering about the diagnosis. Is it supposed to take this long to heal?
