This hospital is incredibly slow, and the lack of urgency is frustrating. I’ve been sitting here for three hours, and it feels like they’re not prioritizing getting patients in. The waiting room is not too full, but there doesn’t seem to be any effort to move things along. It’s unacceptable to wait this long without any updates or progress. The nurses were very understanding and kind, which made the wait slightly easier. However, despite their compassion, they barely managed to get anyone in, and the process felt extremely slow.

Yes it was a little bit of a wait... but that is expected this time of year. My nurse that assisted me in my time of need was Outstanding. Colleen you are an asset to the facility. Loved the way you carried yourself and joked around with us... Thank you for that. The CT gal that came and got me also kept the atmosphere fun... ( if that's what you would call a ER visit). Sorry i didn't remember her name.
The PA initials AN knew her stuff and explained everything extremely well.

I gave them 5 stars. They were professional and kept me informed about what was going on. I felt like they were taking good care of me and my health. Very trustworthy in my book. I was not ignored and left to wait as I had been at other ERs.

recommend to anyone.

EVERYONE was so nice yesterday. From the office personnel at the multi specialty clinic to the security guard at the ER doors. Every clerk, technician, nurse and doctor I encountered was proficient and personable while still maintaining professionalism.
There are other things I would rather be doing than hanging out at a medical facility. Those staff at SSM who are most interactive visitors with should give themselves a pat on the back for making my visit less painful.

It was somewhat helpful when my ability to walk has gotten much worse. However, this is partly due to chronic conditions I've been trying to get help with for years now. I don't know why I wasn't taken seriously or much done before but I'm telling you, I NEED HELP. I can barely walk! I have upcoming appointments and I need to guys to actually do something this time or idk what I'll do besides leave terrible reviews. That won't help fix me and ultimately accomplish nothing anyway most likely.

I was helped by some wonderful kind and caring people. It was Christmas Eve so they were all wearing holiday headpieces to make you feel cheerful. They diagnosed my problem, did an x-ray, lab work and had me out the door before I could have even been seen at most larger hospitals. Two thumps up all the way around! It was the fastest, most efficient, most pleasant experience I have ever had at an ER. Everyone was very nice, everything was explained to me clearly & they made it as painless as the procedure would allow. I had very little "down" time, to even color on my phone. As far as trips to the ER can go, it was great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I showed up at approx 4:30pm unable to give a description of why I needed to be there, in just a few moments I was in a room, and another lady appeared and asked a few questions, which resulted in me getting a breathing treatment that relaxed me greatly. All this resulted in my EKG, which gave them more information about my heart- which was good 👍 , a picture of my chest showed clear lungs. In 2hrs. I was ready to pick up my scripts they had waiting for me. A shot in my shoulder and I was gone. Thankful for the people that worked on me. Thank you LORD ,for you are good all the time, AMEN!!!
