Came here late one night having horrific back pain. Not really any other symptoms. They did and ekg and it was normal. The doctor decided to keep testing me and my cardiac enzymes were through the Roof. I really thought I had bad gas. Nope. I was having a massive heart attack. A widow maker. If the Dr. Hadn't trusted her gut I wouldn't have made it through the night! They transferred me to main st. Lukes and wish I could have stayed at original ER as the staff and nurses were so amazing.

Sweetest employees in the ER. They treated my 1year old daughter so swiftly and with such great care. All of the staff was helpful and patient. I am so thankful for such awesome people in a stressful situation at 3 am! Thankful for y’all!

Every time I go here for my son, they always help and have the best attitudes and personalities. Emergency room is never busy or full and because of it they always get us back as soon as they take our information. This will always be my go to because Texas children always has us waiting for hours in the emergency room. Thank you guys for all that you do, I appreciate it.

ZERO STARS - DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY!!! We tried to get help from this emergency room when my fiancé got deathly ill, hadn’t been able to keep anything down for 10 days and was too weak and sick to be transported far; not only did he receive the worst care possible, they kicked him out, and then told us not to return after testing negative for COVID just in case. They also said if I called an ambulance, they would not come get him. The ER doctor even prescribed the wrong medicine after we left the ER, and no one would help me track him down or get my fiancé the right medicine so he could stop throwing up and start feeling better!! This went on for over two weeks and I was beside myself hysterical with NO HELP FROM ANYONE AT THIS HOSPITAL OR ER!!!

Came in this morning with a hurt ankle and my 17 month old son, they were quick, friendly, and very attentive. They helped me with my son while I had x-rays and everything else. Very quick to be seen. Very friendly staff as well, very caring. Would go there again, if I had to. Which I hope I never have to.

When I first walked in I was worried about how the rest of the staff might be considering that the woman checking me in seemed I bit irritated and uninterested in her job itself (I may have judged her too quickly , because she later turned out to be a really sweet , just going through things) , long review short , the staff was amazing to me! Nikki , Cindy & Dr. Tye took great care of me!

My daughter had a pain in her side. They did a urine test and then told her to come back if the pain persisted and did not prescribe anything anything and said UTI was negative. Then they billed us twice with outrageous fees for the pee test. One charge is for Emer Dept Moderate Seve. $1,530.00. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have another child with a rare genetic disorder and TX Children's has ran far more complicated tests and never billed us for strange things like this. Warning everybody ahead of time so you can save your money.
