I’ve been coming here for decades. We’ve always had a great experience. Never any complaints. I love that it’s in and out and not having to wait all night long. The doctors we had were amazing. My family will always use this emergency room. We also live across town.

December 2024 update, trying to get the visit recoded I order to restart the whole billing “ process. Still getting $1289 bill for a 10 minute conversation with a physician.

Avoid if you can: it showed as an urgent care in my insurance resources. I arrived to check an ear infection after a round of antibiotics cause I still felt pain. They did not tell me how much my visit would cost, not even a ballpark. I was seen by a nurse fairly quickly but waited about an hour or more for the doctor.
The dr looked in my ear, told me she was not a specialist, told me to continue using the drops I already had and see a specialist. The total time for her part was less than 15 minutes.
As I’m sitting there a sign reads: “this is a free standing facility”
I got a bill for $1298 from the dr. for having someone look into my ear and tell me to see a specialist and keep using the drops I had. It’s some company based off Indiana. Two friends of mine cannot understand the “itemized bill” even though they’re nurses themselves.
I’ve complained with the company in Indiana and my own insurance. The company seemed to care, we’ll post what the resolution is.
Make sure you know where to go if you need to, and double, triple check.
Ah, the visit with the ENT specialist, full examination was $200, and the visit following that to do hearing test and more, another $200

Update: I called to the number the reply to this review offered, there’s a bill coming, it still needs to be adjusted for about $800, but $2500 for checking my vitals and having a dr see me for 15minutes. Dr billed $1298 and facility will be sending $1600; they told me to look at the “paperwork (i) signed” and that they were billing what the state of Texas allows them to bill.

15 minute with nurse: no treatment, pressure check, temp check, then 1 hour wait, dr looks into my ear, no treatment all equals $3000.-
Quite an expensive mistake to make.

The bills are not difficult to understand, they are outrageous and prey on people.

They should at least give a range for what the minimum bill you’ll get for just sitting there, especially when you’re healthy and asking for an estimate.

I wonder what the reply to this will be.

I would NEVER recommend this mess!!! They violated my child's HIPAA Rights! I reported it! THEY DID NOTHING!!!! The individual that violated my child's Rights is still employed with them!!!!
I ABSOLUTELY HATE COMMONSPIRIT HEALTH!!!!! I have yet to receive a copy of the final Investigative report from Brandy Stevener of Conifer Health, nor of India Crawford-Hamilton of CommonSpirit Health concerning my child's HIPAA rights being VIOLATED!
I have requested copies, but to no avail!

I took my my here today because she was not breathing right and overall symptoms of COVID. The people here, starting from the male greeter behind the glass to the people who did my moms registration was horrible. The only help that I got was from the contracted police office placed in the lobby. I really don't feel comfortable leaving my mother here and wish she had other options but I urge you to find another medical professional for your urgent needs as the place is by fall not the best. I really hate to see a hospital ran by uncaring people. At least pretend to care when you see someone in pain and hurting. Never again will I bring my mother or anyone I love here.

Every one was friendly and helpful from the check in to discharge, triage-Desiree was great! The doctor and nurse took care of me after a CT scan confirming my issue. I had no issues at this location. Staff was awesome!

On 3/16 I experienced debilitating pain that took me to the ER around 11am. I include the date incase it needs to be checked who was working at that time. Absolutely horrible experience. I was bent over in pain, hyperventilating, vomiting. The front desk people had no sense of urgency. Even the nurses did not have a sense of urgency. They weren’t taking my pain seriously. They gave me medicine which took my pain from a 10 to maybe an 8. I told them I was still in pain and I would tell them when the medicine was wearing off. They took their time giving me more and they continued to give me the same even though I told them it was barely working, that’s how bad my pain was. I was in the waiting room for hours and hours. It turns out i had an ovary torsion.

I ended having an emergency surgery to get my ovary removed and I 100% believe it’s because they took so long In the ER that my ovary had been too long without blood flow. I didn’t get to the OR until around 5:30pm.

The staff and nurses were so rude. Every single one, I didn’t have a single one who cared. No empathy. It was as if I had interrupted their Sunday brunch, and I was an intruder who just ruined their day. No communication. I would press the call button and it would take forever for someone to get to me. It was such a horrible and traumatic experience. The only one I remember being kind was the one who did my CT scan so thank you if you’re reading this.

From these other reviews I can see I am not alone but no one is going to be looking at reviews when they need an ER. I hope these reviews are taken seriously at that the staff, nurses and doctors who worked that shift are looked at.

“Faith based practice” yeah right.

Stay Away!!!! I ended up paying twice for the one visit because of how poorly the billing department is run. That's not a mistake where my money was refunded, that's a mistake where 2022 flex spending money that should have gone to this went untouched and then I had to pay OUT OF POCKET in 2023. All because this place is run so poorly.

The billing staff cannot hear anyone who calls them over the phone and just hang up.. It is insane! I tired, my son tried, and my wife and we got this constantly and because of this were unable to settle a billing issue for an invoice we never received.

I finally just had to drive over and get it resolved in person. The person there was very nice and helpful but it is madness that a billing department's phone system does not work properly and the fact that they screwed up by sending the invoice to an incomplete address.

Then months of going back and forth with my Flex Spending and my employer, the final word came in and because I was never invoiced, had to do all the work once I figured this out months later, I am now out of pocket for $574.76 and the Flex Spending that should have been used last year just "poof" disappeared. Why? Because this should have been paid for from flex spending for 2022 but having never been billed meant I had to pay out of pocket in 2023. So let that be a warning to anyone. The entire billing department here is so bad that I cannot recommend this place in any way shape or form.

If you do find yourself having to go here, it's going to be on you to return and make sure that all the billing has been done correctly. It's a nightmare to be sure.

Never go there worst service and hefty bills charged for not a good enough service nor treatment. Physician kept interrupting me and not listening to my concerns. Was charged for an xray and prescription of medicines for chest congestion and cough 600 USD after insurance Deduction!! Called billing many times to review and check for possible deductions but to my surprise, Billing customer support pretends they don’t hear you and they keep repeating their names and how can i help? Silly unprofessional strategy taking advantage of people’s misery and sickness!! Bad never go there out of convenience!!!
