I went there last night in excruciating pain from a pinched nerve in my back. I'm also pregnant. After confirming I'll need surgery with an MRI, they then said that they can't perform the surgery because I'm pregnant, but another hospital can and has agreed to and I got transferred. I get to the second hospital, and carrollton regional lied! The second hospital didn't know anything about it and said that they CANT do surgery because I'm pregnant. Basically, Carrollton regional decided my case was too complicated and kicked me to the curb. I also came in to the ER screaming in pain and it took them over an hour to get me some pain killers.

My 15 year old daughter experienced a break through seizure after 7 years free from epilepsy. Triage to discharge, across a shift change our hospital visit was outstanding. Dr. Lopez saved her life. The nurses were top notch. Thank you so much.

if i could give this experience a 0/5 i would. worst experience ever. i walk into the ER with abdominal pain got checked in smoothly. fastest check in at this hospital little to no wait. as i was getting my vitals checked the nurse who came in and spoke to me said sounds like we need to do a scan and even an ultrasound just to check which i was expecting to have done and needed. i get a room and the nurses go ahead and hook me up but when it starts going downhill is when the doctor enters the room. first off worst doctor i have ever had. DR JEAN DYMOTIMP was rude at the start, she didn't listen to my symptoms. i tried asking her a question about what she thinks i may have and she won't allow me to even finish my question. she keeps repeating to me that i am non emergent and kind of hinting at me that i really should not be in the ER because i am non emergent. No matter if i may seem non emergent you shouldn't tell a patient that. my pain is emergent but she tried to undermine my diagnosis that it's not serious even before she ran test. and i asked for a t scan to just double check she refused multiple times by the nurses request. the nurses who treated me spent more time with me than the doctor. i loved all the nurses especially nurse taylor, she is a rockstar and actually answered my questions took the time to tell me more about what i could he having. i left there undiagnosed because DR JEAN DYMOTIMD refused to tell me more of what she suspects it is. i tried asking her about what she thinks it is since she won't do a simple ct and she responds to me as she cuts me off from my question and blurts out-" I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THIS CONDITION, THIS IS NOT WHAT I SPECIALIZE IN BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY PATIENT" at that point i really truly wish i didn't come to this hospital. i have been here since it was baylor but after this experience i will take my business elsewhere and not recommend it to others anymore. this treatment was awful. never had a doctor rush a patient out and dismiss me like that. awful awful awful doctor to be running an emergency ward. if i could report her to higher chain of command i would in a heartbeat. her license should be revoked

Today, my son's temperature was very high. He is 4 years old. I came at 12 o'clock and they gave my son a fever reducer and made me wait two hours. My son's temperature began to rise, and according to your experience, they told me that we cannot empty the rooms of patients. Okay, where are the rights of the child? Which is more important, the old or the young? Immediately I left the place and I saw the employees making food orders every hour, not caring about the patients Their service is very bad, do not waste your time by coming to this place.

Extremely stressful experience here. Came in with a patient on an ambulance with a potentially broken back who was unable to walk.
Only one nurse was helping him onto the CT scan machine bed until I went to get one of the 3 others who were laughing and chatting at their desks. The wait was over 2 hours to get the scan, another hour to get the results despite constant laughter from the hallway and seemingly no more than 2 other patients. The doctor came, quickly read off results, and started to walk off without asking if we had any questions. I told him I had a question, and he said "hold on a minute" continued to walk off and never returned. Staff seem heartless. If you can afford the time, I would recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to go anywhere else.

Dr. Amir Malik did a fantastic job with the surgery. I do not remember what happened but the surgery was solid so to speak.

The nurses and help staff were all good too. They did what they could and some would even go out of their way to help.

Not sure what the bad reviews here are all about. I think this is a great hospital to be honest. Sure, sometimes protocols and stuff can get in the way sometimes but really I would like to think they simply want to send you home without having a chance for a return visit in the near future-in the good way of course, heh.

My first real hospital experience though so I have next to nothing to compare it to.

Still, I think it is a great hospital with excellent staff - atleast on floors 3 and 5?🤔

My experience with the CRMC ER was exceptional. All of the Nurses, Doctors (Dr. Nelson), CT Scan operator, staff were very friendly and helpful. They were quickly able to diagnose my condition and get me admitted for surgery that same day.
