My mother in law went in for stomach pain and i absolutely loved her care team from the surgeon to her nurses the treatment she received was kindness and compassion. She was treated with respect and even though she had broken English they made it a priority to bring in a kindhearted nurse to explain to her every detail of her situation so that she would feel at ease. Thank you nurses for your kindness it did not go unnoticed. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone.

ER doctor was a horrible rude doctor. So many people have gotten hospitalized and some have died from flu complications.
I took 15 yr old grand daughter who had flu like symptoms to get checked because she has other medical conditions that not only weaken her immune system but I was worried about other complications.
ER Doctor came out primarily to scold me for taking her to ER. She wanted to argue with me. I had to tell her that I was not going to get into my sick grand, I had to wait until she felt like telling me off , and then told me she was positive with flu virus.
Don't go to Baylor Scott and white unless your practically have one foot in grave!

The staff was nice, and i received treatment almost immediately. I received a steroid injection to treat a serious allergic reaction to poison ivy. The visit only lasted about 30 minutes. After insurance, my bill was $1049.00.

I recently visited the emergency department at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Austin, and I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received. From the moment I checked in, the process was incredibly efficient, and I had the shortest wait time I’ve ever experienced in an ER. The doctor who attended to me demonstrated exceptional bedside manner, listening attentively and addressing all my concerns. The nurse was equally outstanding, providing attentive care and regularly checking in and provided updates as I awaited my test results. The facility itself was clean, modern, with great lighting, easy, and convenient parking. The campus was well-maintained, contributing to a reassuring environment. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of emergency and hospital care.

I rushed my five-year-old to the ER in the middle of the night when she was struggling to breathe. I would normally prefer to go to Dell Children's and am often reluctant to take my kids to a facility that does not strictly focus on pediatrics. However, BSW is much closer to my home than DCMC, and I wanted to get my daughter seen as fast as possible. Once inside the ER, we were called back within about 5 minutes. The staff took my concerns seriously, treated my daughter with compassion, and provided me with helpful information about her condition without being condescending. Everyone was adept at working with children and made my daughter, who was very nervous and having a hard time cooperating, feel comfortable. A special thanks to Dr. Wallace, the RT, and the nurses (I think one of their names was Jesse--I wish I could remember everyone's names!) for their support, kindness, and skilled care. While I hope I don't have to rush anyone to the ER ever again, I will definitely go to BSW if the need arises in the future for urgent medical care.

Will prefer to keep all my medical emergencies and regular care with Baylor Scott and White Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Pflugerville locations. This was my first ever bad experience with Baylor Scott and White facilites and I’ve been a loyal patient for over 25 years!

I was seems in seconds not hours at your Scot and white hospital. Even when I had abnormal results it was still noticeable that my blood pressure and pulse was very high. Then the Doctor named Kevin gave a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. He made a prescription and my Father was there too. I also went a cat scan. The nurses were nice and told me the diet I should eat.
