This HOSPITAL ER IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Dr. Karan Gadhok is a horrible doctor and doesn’t take care of his patients. My sister went there today because her primary doctor told her too. The nurse’s and doctors did NOTHING to help my sister. When they discharged her from the hospital, the nurse that was in charge of her care told my sister that she needs to see a therapist because it’s all in her head.
DO NOT GO TO THIS ER AT ALL!!!! I wish I didn’t have to give them any stars.

Good ER. Dr Bergman was very professional. Listened carefully and figured out the problem very quickly. Did all the labs, CT and prescribed medications. We spent only couple hours here.
Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, Ms. Haley Naivar’s ( BSW Patient Relations ) handling of patients complaints and concerns demonstrated a stark departure from the Quality of Care Standards BSW has pledged to uphold. Her lack of transparency, failure to address patient complaints with objectivity, and her dismissive approach suggest a deliberate attempt to protect the hospital's image rather than advocate for fairness and resolution. Instead of facilitating meaningful dialogue or ensuring accountability, Ms. Haley Naivar appeared more interested in deflecting responsibility and shielding Dr. Farrah Ros from the scrutiny of his gross misconduct.
If Ms. Haley was assigned taskmaster over this complaint she has failed miserably according to the Patient Relations standards outlined on Baylor Scott & White’s official website in the portals patient information page. Ms. Haley Naivar is not at all working in the best interest of patients and patient care, the concern is strictly of the hospital’s reputation and their financial interests, all while leaving patients to suffer in pain and confusion.

Best ER I've visited. They are prompt at check-in, with little time to get you back to see a provider. The nurses are wonderful and attentive, and the doctors work to find the problem and a solution. I would recommend this ER to anyone requiring an ER visit. Well done!!

A single nurse in admissions was tasked with handling paperwork, vitals, and IVs simultaneously. My daughter, suffering from severe vomiting and pain rated at nine on the scale, was asked to vacate the room for a patient in more critical condition. While the staff were courteous and professional, they appeared to be significantly overwhelmed. Every process, including the doctor’s responses, was delayed beyond the usual timeframes. Consequently, we spent the entire day in the ER seeking a diagnosis for abdominal pain, which unfortunately remained undetermined. It is my assessment that this ER suffers from poor management. The experience was profoundly unsatisfactory, and we are resolved to avoid this facility for any future emergency care needs. Additionally, the exorbitant billing only added to our frustration.

One of the worst ER I have ever seen. My wife had a severe abdominal pain and we went to this is ER just because it is near by. The staff don’t have any clue what to do. End up with pain killer, and also they were trying to charge double the amount of co-pay in the insurance. I will never go to this place how critical it is. Also they did’nt update to our primary care or any specialist.

The two stars are for my amazing nurses and CT scan tech. It would have been 5 stars if DR. BEHGAM didn’t have the worse bedside manner I have ever experienced. He completely belittled how I was feeling, belittled my primary physician, and belittled the other emergency room doctor’s I had seen at an independent office. He talked down my symptoms, and made me feel like it wasn’t an emergency and that I was wasting his time. He had a condescending tone the entire time we spoke. I am 23 years old and he spoke to me like I was 13. The fact that I was one of his first patients of the day since I had came when shift change happened, is beyond me. I hope other patients never have to feel like this when they go to the emergency room.
