My family is very thankful for the BSW ER in Marble Falls. My stepfather was in the late stages of cancer, and all of the staff in the ER were phenomenal. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Scott Knepper for his beautiful bedside manner and for explaining things in such a supportive, tactful, and informative way. We felt more at peace, making the very difficult decisions that we had to make after Dr. Knepper sat with us and took his time talking with us.

When my stepdad was transferred to the Hospice wing of the hospital, my aunt had a severe panic attack. Again, kudos to the ER staff for getting her in there quickly and for the nurses in the hospice wing, who were so quickly by her side and getting her the appropriate treatment. The nursing staff in the hospice wing and in the ER are beautiful and amazing multitaskers. Everybody there should be wearing superhero capes.

Hubby had to go to the ER today and from the time we stepped through the doors we were treated respectfully and kindly. We appreciate everyone we came in contact with. Nurse's Courtney. Rebecca, Adam and Angel, all worked very efficiently. Dr. Warren provided us answers we needed and the techs from X-ray were quick and efficient. Thank you all for doing the job you do, and providing a great ER to our little community of Marble Falls.

I recently had the misfortune of meeting the night shift, on their turf, during a recent ice storm. EMS brought me in, so they were expecting me. They met me at the door. No need to mention any names or single anybody out, I Interacted with several members of the staff, and everybody demonstrated the teamwork, dedication, and professionalism that I thought was gone from the world. They allowed me to spend the night since driving was dangerous, and I was a senior citizen with trauma.
Keeping this short since I am typing with one hand.
The Orthopedic surgeon said the ER Dr. did a great job of setting my wrist and diagnosing my fractured Fibula.
I trust that anybody else that has the misfortune of meeting the night shift on their turf can feel good about it!
I hope I never see them again.....

The medical staff was very professional and helpful. I have zero complaints as far as medical treatment. When I went to check out of the emergency room I was met with a very large bill and the front desk claiming that they had already processed my insurance. I decided to hold off on payment until I could contact my insurance provider. My insurance provider quickly told me that there was no truth to this and that i should be responsible for nothing more than a $250 co pay. Much smaller than the $1300 the hospital said I was responsible for and encouraged I pay them on the spot. Please be very careful and do your homework before you pay them anything.

Worst hospital ever. Came to ER in extreme pain and very high blood pressure. It took 3 1/2hrs in a room before getting to see a doctor.

Drive to one of the other hospitals even if you're in serious pain and it will take longer to do so. I'm serious. Worst medical facility I have ever been to. Still in pain next day after spending 5 hours there and being disrespected.

I took my son in for stitches, and everyone was wonderful. It was after hours, and they moved us through quickly. Everyone was helpful, kind and super with my kiddo.
