Excellent care. Came in around 2am with kidney stones and everyone I encountered did everything in their power to help me feel better. They all moved extremely quickly and with precision. An excellent team over there. Great doctor as well, really walked me through everything that was going on and gave me the confidence of what steps to take.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. The wait time was unbelievably long, and they DO NOT prioritize patients based severity of condition. 99% of the nurses were atrocious, vile, and cruel, spend most of their time gossiping rather than tending to their patients. My discharge nurse didn't even want to help me with my clothing or into my wheelchair, even though I couldn't stand by myself, and left me on multiple occasions alone even though I was a fall risk. There were only two people in that entire ER that seemed to care about their patients, and it was my doctor and one nurse that was frantically running around doing everyone else's job since no one else could be bothered. This department needs major restructuring. Word to the wise: DO NOT GO TO THIS ER IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION. I would go as far as saying that it's better to pay extra than to ever be treated in this way.

This emergency room has the most inefficient check in process I've ever seen. They really need to reevaluate the process, hire more staff, and get it together. Additionally, you can tell the staff is overwhelmed having to handle all the patients during check in because they become short, irritable, and dismissive to other patients who may have questions or concerns.

I appreciate what Dr. Matthew K at ER did last night. He treated me with empathy that I really need it on that moment. This was second time I met him. Even it was a small act it means a lot to me. You are a great doctor with kindness.

Worst hospital had us for 3hrs for appendicitis triage nurse's in the check in station weren't doing their job they were just talking amongst each other and had attitude with all the patients. If I were able to rate less I'd definitely give it a 0

This place deserves -5 stars today. From the time I checked in to the time I was 'released' it was 8 HOURS. To see the doctor it took 4 1/2 HOURS.

To top it off the doctor: David Leon Isagholian was very condescending and left the room when I was describing my symptoms. He then came back and lied saying he would prescribe 1 MG of my medicine and actually only prescribed 0.5 MG.

He didn't let me eat for 7 hours because he might "need to do more blood work" - which he never did. I was dehydrated because he told the nurses to not let me eat or drink anything. I will never come back here again and I will tell my friends and family to never risk their lives coming here.

Months ago when I was sick with the same illness I saw two good doctors that probably don't work at Kaiser anymore:

Dr. Michael Fornoles Mendoza
Dr. David Zachary Harrison

They had great bedside manner and actually listened and didn't lie to me. They probably went off to work at better more professional hospitals. That being said if you see your provider at your Kaiser E.R. visit will be David Leon Isagholian, you should just walk out and go to a better E.R. Don't waste your entire day.

If I would have been able to give I would have given 0.5 starts or 0 .
I went to urgent care with severe abdominal pain , cramping and back pain. They took my vitals and mentioned it might need immediate attention it’s better to go ER. So I was transferred to ER. Even I was in hell of a pain they didn’t even take me in for 5+ hrs saying that it’s not life threatening.
I would say someone should die instead of showing up here hoping to get the treatment.
Workers at reception are also rude and non cooperative. Never gave straight answer even if you ask politely.

They prioritize patients by who doesn’t complain. I have gone through this multiple times. One of the nurses at the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful
