Horrible emergency room!! And I do mean horrible. Spent almost 7 hours with pregnant wife bleeding and they never saw her. Got tired of waiting and left. Came back next day early in the morning again. Wife had a hemorrhage and most likely a miscarriage because of their incompetence. This supposed to be an emergency room!!! Spent almost 7 hours and wife bleeding and they never saw her!!! Most likely a lawsuit if wife loses the baby. Do not come to this place if you have a serious emergency. They will let you die before they see you!!

Got X-rays and vitals right away. Then, waited three hours to see the dr. While getting X-rays, I thought I was in staff lounge. Staff on phones all over the unit, like if they were all watching Sunday night football. I even made a comment about it and they all started to laugh while the waiting room has no more chairs to sit because they are so crowded. Must be nice to get paid to be on your phone.

This location is horrible. I had went to the ER twice due to intense pain in my abdomen, blood in my stool, blood in my vomit, while having the flue. For whatever reason, I had two doctors call the blood in my stool and vomit ā€œan extension of the flue.ā€ A week later, 50% of my blood has been lost and I am being prepared for a procedure. Don’t let these doctors tell you how YOU feel, and go to the sunset location if possible. I wish I could give this location 0 stars.

WORST EMERGENCY ROOM IN ALL LOS ANGELES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the absolute worst experience in the emergency room. I came in seriously ill, feeling like I was on the verge of collapse, and I explained to the receptionist that I was struggling to stand and needed urgent help. This woman at the front desk was beyond incompetent. She took forever just to register one person — it’s as if she couldn’t care less about the people in need of medical attention.

When my turn finally came, instead of helping me or registering me promptly, she started making a phone call. She sat there for at least 15 minutes, doing absolutely nothing while on the phone. When I asked why this was taking so long, she didn’t even bother responding or giving me any explanation. She just ignored me and kept wasting time.

In the end, I didn’t even get registered, let alone see a doctor. I came to the emergency room in a desperate state, seeking life-saving help, and they failed to provide even the bare minimum. This is unacceptable and disgraceful behavior for an emergency room.

That woman on the register should be fired immediately!

NO STARS FOR YOU,NOT EVEN ONE,YOU ARE CARELESS ABOUT PEOPLE

Awful service and treatment of patients. If you have the means, go to the South Bay location.

The staff here do not take medical concerns or risks of the patients seriously despite the reason for their visit.

Worst healthcare experience of my life, but I figured that would be the case walking into a Kaiser facility. Probably the most unbelievably incompetent and apathetic doctor I’ve ever had the misfortune of obtaining ā€˜care’ from

My elderly mother was treated horribly. She was in a car accident and came for help and was treated like a non human being. She was talked to with no compassion, empathy or respect. I don't if it was because she's black and elderly. She was already distraught sad and stressed out. She didn't even get her discharge papers because it's policy if she leaves on her own She can't have paperwork? She was in pain and nobody understood this at that point she just wanted to come home. I heard a nurse speak to her roughly over the phone. Saying it's patients that's been waiting 8 hours! Omg! Really ? Seems to me kaiser needs more doctors and nurses. I hope things change.
