My sister came in having a hard time. She feels better when I'm around. The hospital lied and told me she wasn't accepting visits or phone calls so my sister would react and they could force medicate her. Be careful coming in here. You might never make it out from the stories I've heard.

Son had ran full force into a poll and vomited a couple hours later. Brought him in they gave him Tylenol then we sat in the triage room from 125pm until 4pm for observation... he was running around and no longer complaining about his head hurting. We watch multiple people after us get discharged 1 of which was chest pains... nurses didn't even know why we where in the room still yet ask for discharge papers and they are to busy... but they found time to tell my son who was extremely board from the wait time and is adhd and autistic about how it wasn't safe to lay across the stool.

Weight at 3 hours in the emergency room for my two grandchildren to be seen the granddaughter has Type 1 diabetes and they were being seen from possible flu because they're having headaches stomachaches can't hardly breathe all stuffed up and I'm waiting and waiting and waiting and everybody else coming into being taken before them so I went up and says we were leaving and they see as well you're just waiting here for a school note really a school note? I don't go to the hospital for aschool note. They're sick.

Went in with my two year old son because he had tripped and fell into our coffee table. They put plastic stitches and a glue then a band aid over it before the glue dried now the bandaid is stuck to the stitches. I called the nurse and she was very short with me and said to basically rub some water on it and pull it off then put new stitches on, basically do there job except this time with feeling. Absolutely absurd we pay 1600 a month for medical insurance with a co pay for what!!

Got the most painful IV I’ve ever had. Was ignored for about 45 minutes, till I asked to be discharged. Nurse had a terrible attitude. I left feeling worse than when I went in. So disheartening.

A place of unusual calm, strong professionalism, and lovely reassurance. Having visited a small number of other ER's over some decades (all of which served me well), Mercy Mt. Shasta ER manages to stand out most notably. Top of the heap. I arrived in serious distress. Checked out well, very relieved, and oddly, sad to say goodbye? Yup, Five Stars to everyone there. Plus, "Nepenthe" nature trail right on the campus, to stop in again for someday.

My daughter and son just got into a car accident and they were taking to this hospital but cause my daughter 2 services animals didn't had there vest and my daughter was in the room they had to treat my son out side of hospital plus they were waiting for us to come to pick them up from us coming from reno nevada is about 4 hours drive they kick them out from waiting room that is so sad and painful see my children and dogs suffering out side no consideration yes I'm so mad and furious

My friend waited for 4 hours, nobody there was willing to help him. They also have so much attitudes towards patients families. Not even remotely apologetic about their behaviors.
