I love the convenience of outpatient services available at ER 24/7 Portland. I had my physician order for a knee X-ray and after a quick registration process I was called back for my X-rays. The radiology staff are top tier. They treated me with respect and explained everything to me.

I will most definitely be returning specifically to 24 Hour ER in Portland, if ever needed again. It's never fun having to make a trip to an ER Facility, especially over a busy Xmas holiday weekend. But this ER treated me kindly & proficiently. I was given a gamut of proper tests to be correctly diagnosed. My nurse was communicative with me about my ongoing status. I spent several hours, given my condition, but I am thoroughly satisfied with my treatment & experience there. I highly recommend this ER in Portland.

I wish I got the doctors name and some of the staff. He was young with blonde hair, very rude, poor bedside manner as well as the nurses. Didn't show no concern for the patient just wanted you in and out didn't discuss any paperwork or anything with me didn't answer my questions. Very, very poor and lack of communication there, everyone has angry tone in the voice, As if they don't wanna be there working did not like my experience at all

The triage and nurse who helped us was so nice. He's got the best disposition and a great sense of humor. I never get his name but he plays drums. Even listening to him with staff and other patients, he truly knows how to work with and treat all patients. Rest of staff was great as well.

I went to the wrong place and was held up there for 4 hours! I was trying to find an Urgent Care and once I found out it was not they said I would have to pay the $950.00 bill anyway so I might as well stay to see the Doctor!
I had a fever & chest pain in my right lung! They never took my temperature or listened to my chest! they took X rays of my front and left lung only. I waited 4 hours for someone to read the X-rays and said my right lung was inflamed and I needs an MRI done? I declined and finally was able to leave!

The nurses and the doctor got busy working to assuage the intense pain I had from my fall. They were at once kind, gentle, informative and helpful in getting me to the next step what is likely a lengthy recovery. I am grateful for all these dedicated people.

Where do I even begin? I used to love this place. I hadn’t been seen there (Thankfully) in 2 1/2 years. The doctor who saw me was rude and didn’t do any sort of physical examination or even listen to and check my heart or lungs despite having a diagnosis of myxedema crisis! I wasn’t even treated for the symptoms I came in for!!! They drew blood and took a urine sample only and was told to “your bloodwork is fine. You need to find a pcp and follow up.” How was my bloodwork “fine” when it was almost the exact same results I got from the urgent care where they advised me to go to the emergency room?! Then Cindi, the discharge nurse was rushing me out and just so cold hearted. The nurses who drew my blood and collected my urine sample were absolutely amazing though!! Bottom line, I left with more questions than answers and no, I’m not better. Confused, yes and still not satisfied with my health… but believe me, I won’t ever go to this facility again and I would NEVER recommend this place to any of my friends or family…. Maybe to an enemy.

Arrived before 10 in the morning and left after 11 so the stay was brief and I appreciated that. I was given both flu and Covid testing but did not get the results. It did not show up on my exit paperwork either would’ve been nice to know. Assuming tests were negative. I was treated with Clonidine for high blood pressure in the unit and was diagnosed with diagnosis of sinus infection. I was discharged with prescription sent to my local pharmacy.
Staff introduced themselves and checked on me and my BP readings before discharge to assure my blood pressure was in a safe range.
