Well, I have to say they are professional, but their price is little much. They gave me a price of $350 to defrost the line and that was the diagnosis for not cooling, so problem was not solved, they came back to change the cooling fan for $120. The problem is finally fixed. I am glad they reached out to me to follow up with the issue
