Nurses and desk staff were all very caring and attentive. They answered any questions or concerns I had and the nurse made sure I was aware what was going on with my visit and the staff member that took my CAT scan was very sweet and attentive. However, my doctor seemed to not be concerned when I came in with a lot of pain and literally crying due to how much I was hurting during some points of my visit. He claimed he couldn't find an issue with me and just shrugged and said "well, there's nothing we can really do". Luckily my mom pressed him to get me a CAT scan (despite him saying it's highly unlikely we'd find anything and implying it's a waste of time) and his attitude quickly shifted after the CAT scan found the issue. It's upsetting knowing the CAT scan was only mentioned by my mom, not even by the doctor, and that he was willing to just let me leave despite knowing I was in a lot of pain. The nurses, desk staff, and CAT scan staff all deserve 5 stars, I just wish my time with the doctor was better.

The doctors and nurses at the time were very nice. They were great. Actually. Checkout is a little wonky because of the telehealth thing but other than that treatment and care was great. Came in needing stitches left with stitches no problem

The doctors and nurses were all very polite and professional. They ask questions meaningful to my coming to the emergency room and dealt with it accordingly, I was very impressed as to how efficient all the testing ran and the results were very quick. They were truly concerned and I certainly do appreciate it.

Again, Many many thanks for all that you did for me!

Brought my 10 year old son here on 12/22. He had a cough, fever, loss of appetite and fatigue. The doctor came in and checked his ears and throat, prescribed a cough suppressant and sent us on our way. Two days later we ended up at another emergency room. My son had pneumonia. WORST ER, would not recommend. Doctor rushed us out without doing anything for my child. Donā€™t bring your loved ones here!

I would absolutely not recommend going here. Not only did they brush off my healthcare needs, but they lied about my imaging results which caused issues to me seeking proper care. Then the nurse had the audacity to suggest maybe my pain was from my period. It was completely unrelated and in a different part of my body. Completely unprofessional.

Nurse ā€œinternā€ - Iā€™ve been an RN for 38 years and I have no idea what that means except that she doesnā€™t know how to smile. Also, I was in pain from bruised ribs and got no adequate pain medication relief - not exactly sure was since Iā€™m not medication seeking or an addict. I waited hours and finally got anti inflammatory for 10/10 pain with bruised ribs. Dr tried - just ashamed of the nurses we are producing. Uncaring and uninformed - and slept through nursing 101.

Came in for vomiting and sharp stomach pain. Sat there for 2 hours with no attention, twisting and turning with pain. Most of the time I was sitting down the nurses and head doctor discuss their Dairy Queen order as I am twisting in pain on my chair. They were more worried about ordering a snack than helping all the people in there? They finally put me in a room and within two minutes they come with paperwork ready saying I have a stomach virus and I have to go home and fight it off? Recommending me nausea medication , when my problem was pain and dehydration. I asked for an IV because I felt severely dehydrated after puking any drink I would in take for the last 24 hours. I obviously tried fighting it at home but I couldnā€™t, so I came here for help, and the help I got was being sent some with absolutely nothing done or checked. But I know what everyone in the office likes from Dairy Queen now.

I came in with a burning throat and some congestion. I wanted to make sure I didnā€™t have strep throat or anything else contagious for my familyā€™s sake. When I came in the doctorā€™s nose was obviously running and he stated that he was sick from dealing with peoples children. I was a bit put off because he was sniffling but did not have on a mask. The nurse took her swabs and when the results came in he said all results were negative but that didnā€™t mean anything because it could be a false negative. He goes on to say that he himself could have the flu or Covid right now but who knows because he no longer tests himself after having Covid 5 times that he knows of. At that point I was furious because youā€™re possibly exposing me to something I donā€™t have. I vehemently expressed for him to get out because I have children. He laughed and said so do I. I stated I also have parents with underlying health conditions. He did not leave my room and continued talking about testing, antibiotic stewardship and whatever else he was babbling about. I had my mask on but at this point I felt extremely uncomfortable, unsafe and angry at his lack of concern with my health. I again asked him to leave and finally he could see that I did not want to talk with him. Dr. P Flores is the reason why I will never visit this ER again. He is extremely irresponsible, shouldnā€™t be working if he is sick and at a minimum should test himself to ensure heā€™s not exposing patients. I work in public health and worked with COVID, flu and other communicable diseases. He should know better. The nurse was kind at wore her mask around me which I appreciated.
