I brought my mom in for an MRI yesterday... I cannot say enough how exceedingly wonderful everyone here was!!! From the moment we arrived, to check-in with Christi, to the MRI diagnostic itself with Charlie, at every step of the process, the folks here did their very best to avoid additional, unnecessary pain and discomfort. To ease my momma's excessive anxiety to the point of her actually coming out of the exam with relief and a smile on her face... that in itself says a lot about the top notch care she received!!! I HIGHLY recommend this team for your diagnostic imaging needs!!

Anna ER and its team were absolutely amazing. I was there for about 7 hours due to my condition. They are caring, kind, and efficient. My nurse Geri was an angel! Highly recommend using them in an urgent situation. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

Ive been to the ER at Anna twice now. Once for a MRI and the other was for CT. The man that did both of those tests for me was wonderful. He was extremely caring and helped put my mind at ease during the tests. After the last one, he assisted me walking back to the waiting room. If I have to have additional tests done for my issue, I will definitely go back to the ER at Anna. I felt very well taken care of there!

Great staff entirely. Gina in registration was so kind, made me feel at ease immediately. Tiffany was very thorough explaining information to me, made you feel comfortable. The Doctor wasted no time coming in to discuss a plan. Thank you all so very much.

Very clean and quiet. I hardly had to wait. I went in for a flu I already knew I was positive for. Told me there wouldn't be much to do except let it pass but I told them something didnt feel right, I was on day 5 almost day 6 of the flu and felt the need to be seen for more. They did a chest x-ray and I ended up having pneumonia just as I suspected. The nurse/dr/tech/staff were all very professional and listened to me problem. They treated me with care and sent me home with the appropriate plan of care to get better. I highly recommend this place. It's a cute little ER. Thank you.

Upon arrival I was immediately taken into a room, and immediately treated for need for oxygen, five staff members were in room, starting IV, monitoring EKG, pulse and oxygen. Very processional staff. They tested for Covid and Flu, did chest x-ray and blood work. Everything was explained to me, when blood work had a suspicious result they explained need to do a cat scan to rule out a pulmonary blood clot. I was given IV steroid, antibiotic, Tylenol and Tamaflu by mouth. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. When all results were obtained I was discharged with very thorough instructions.

It was an awesome experience! As soon as I registered, I was ushered in to ER room. I came for respiratory problems. Right away treatment was initiated! The nurses were very caring and compassionate, I was given a warm blanket too !! We are new to Texas from GA and stand alone ER is new to me ! Being a retired ICU nurse , I kind of have an idea so instead of going to the Urgent Care me and my husband decided to go here ! I’m glad we did ! The ER MD ( sorry I wasn’t able together his name but he knows who he is) he is so awesome, constantly coming and checking on me .. may be because it was a slow night.. lol ( joke) But my husband loves him and he would want him to take of him !! We would recommend this place to every one ! Awesome Job!!
