Amazing staff! Never once have had a bad visit but this past visit on 01/05 was by far the best experience. I thought I had contracted the stomach bug going around. I thought I could fight it off at home. But ended up in ER 13hrs later. From the nurse at front desk placing me into a room with a toilet bc I needed it every 3-5 min. To the nurse who administered by meds to Dr Singh. All 3 had amazing bedside manners & answered my 101 questions bc I was freaking out. Can’t express my gratitude & appreciation for the level of care I received enough!

Excellent experience at the ER at Blue Diamond. They were very caring, communicated well, and put me at ease. Also great at starting an IV. A special shout out to Jennifer S (RN) and to the people who transported me to the hospital. Everyone provided outstanding care.

This hospital does great. I came here after not receiving the best treatment at another hospital & getting no answers. I went here & they got me in fast, I spoke to the nurses & doctors they were very empathetic toward my situation. They ran lots of test & were even checking on me frequently to make sure I was okay. I definitely felt very comfortable in their testing & diagnostics. Definitely recommend.

My husband went here the other day and was quickly admitted. Everyone that we interacted with was wonderful from the tech that did intake, to the nurses and doctor who treated him, to the tech that did his scans, and last but not least, the janitor. Everyone was friendly, efficient, professional and kind. It made being in the ER a pleasant experience and we would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to be seen in an emergency.

Wish I could give negative stars. I came in with a capsule lodged above my windpipe. Zero sense of urgency from the staff, who insisted on asking me numerous questions, despite the fact that this could cause me to aspirate the capsule.

When the doctor came in he wanted me to lay on my back, again a dangerous move. He then scoped me, declaring that there were only fragments, and nothing to worry about, and to drink warm water. Moments after he left I coughed out the large capsule. When he came back I showed him and he said, "good, you coughed it out." I asked him how he could have missed such a large object and he just repeated that he hadn't seen it.

$3400 for 20 minutes of terrible care. Avoid this place at all costs.

I was a bit nervous because I was told that I may have a pneumonia, but should go to the ER to go get check. I came here yesterday afternoon, not feeling so well. When my mom and I arrived, we were greeted upon arrival and there was no wait. Which is a good thing, because I wasn’t feeling so well. The staff here made me comfortable. Really nice and helpful. Luckily no pneumonia, just a common cold. Didn’t have to wait very long to be discharged. Was sent medications. Staff here are wonderful. Thank you

The guy nurse who triages the patience (I didn’t get his name and he wears the black combat like boots) is amazing! He had a rush of people come in all at once and of course everyone believes their emergency is more severe than the next. Well this gentleman handled himself so well and so professionally!!! Kudos to him!
Also the staff or doctors, nurses, and the registration team is just amazing!! Great facility. Hope to never go back because I don’t want to have a reason for the ER, but if I do this is the place I feel most comfortable!
