Traje a mi esposa con un dolor y apenas entramos el chico del counter con muy mala cara y ni siquiera nis miró. Nos habló sin actitud profesional. Pienso que deberían ser agradables con los pacientes. Recuerden que estos servicios los pagamos. Sin embargo la enfermera y el doctor fueron muy atentos y profesionales. Mi esposa terminó su consulta feliz. Por ese les doy 5 stars.

RN Rick was absolutely amazing and helpful. He was there for my every need and kept making sure I was okay and comfortable. He kept the atmosphere light and was cracking jokes with me. I don’t like going to the doctor but he made the experience so much better than expected. He even wrote me a nice little note at the end of the visit. Ms. Ashley came in and talked to me. She was very nice, polite, and professional. Dr. Fernandez was quick to come in and get me checked out. He immediately noticed my sore throat and got me medicine to make it better. The timeliness and professionalism of this ER is unmatchable. And I will definitely return here if needed. To add to it I wanted over two hours at the Doctors hospital and was not seen or treated. But I was in and talking to people within 5 minutes of being at the fruitville ER.

Linda did a great job with my testing.
The other ladies were great with checking me in and paperwork and answered all my questions.

It's never a fun time going to the emergency room but we were incredibly impressed and grateful for the care the staff showed us.

Rick went above and beyond and we were truly grateful for his kindness, positive energy, and thoughtfulness during our visit.

The rest of the staff (Dr. Wagner, Charlie, and Chris) were also incredible.

This ER was amazing. The experience was the best I have ever had in an Emergency Room. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant and made you feel at ease. We were out of there in an hour and that included a CT Scan, seeing the Nurse and Doctor. No one want to go to the ER, but if you need one I highly recommend the ER at Fruitville.

The staff was so kind and calming. Each person was professional, yet personal. The information they gave me was easy to understand and follow. I actually felt welcomed to be there, as I wasn’t sure if the ER was the right place to go. I was even told I could call back if I had problems getting a follow up referral! (I went in for an X-ray for a possible broken ankle. It was.)

We had an excellent experience at the ER. The staff was incredibly professional and compassionate, making sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The wait time was surprisingly short, and the doctors were thorough in explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. Overall, we felt well-cared for and reassured. Highly recommend!

Always so quick and easy with this hospital. In and out. Never a wait. The nurses and doctors are so professional. My nurses are so smart and take their time. So full of great information. I was sick and I’m pregnant and they really helped me. 100% reccomend
