1.) Professionalism as i walked in the door. (I don’t need to be pacified as I’m an adult) 2.) Fortunately I was the only one in the waiting room so I was seen quickly. 3.) Arrived to a busy, but very well run facility. Spent 45 min in combination of waiting room, and alternate vitals etc. before being led into treatment. Everyone.. was compassionate, communicative, professional. My experience lasted several hours due to multiple tests, X-rays etc and through each step I was informed regarding reasons and asked multiple questions to help determine origin and cause for the visit. Conclusion was positive experience and outstanding service. Would highly recommend

Greeted us with in friendly manner when we walked in, got me assessed quickly and got me into a room. The nurse who started my IV was friendly, funny And professional. He made me laugh when while I was in pain, I could use the distraction. Great guy!
DR Kept us informed.
Got a catscan with dyes in my IV - that personal was not so friendly.
Facility was clean and staff was quiet. Huge Thank you to the staff for being fast and efficient.

I came here with my mom and we were seen right away. Bianca the security at the front desk was so helpful and so kind. She helped wheelchair my mom in from the car to the triage and gave us warm blankets while we wait. The wait was not long at all, doctor came and checked her out right away and got things moving. I would highly recommend this ER! Nurses, doctor and security are phenomenal, Great bedside manners! Wow!! Thank you for being so kind and caring.

We were on vacation from Minnesota and I found lumps in my veins on my leg. It was a Sunday and I went to the ER at Green valley ranch and I can't say enough about their service. It was the fastest nicest friendliest place I've ever been. From my experience I would not ever hesitate to use them above anyone else. Thank you for taking great care of me

First, I want to say that Mr. Ben is a great asset to your facility.
He was excellent.
He was professional.
He had great bedside matter.
When I first got there my blood pressure was very high.
I told him that's because I was feeling a lot of stress.
And I just wanted to move on and get this thing taken care of which Mr Ben did.
I'll just recommend that the nurse's there seem to carry a lot of personal problems maybe on their face.
They seem preoccupied or unhappy.
One lady did smile. She was a shorter lady. Maybe about five one long hair. She smiled me twice which is very nice.
It's very encouraging to have pleasant things around you when you're going through a little bit of discomfort.
Overall, I appreciate the professionalism and the service I received. Thank you

From the beginning, RN Samantha made me feel welcome & assured I came to the right place. Dr. Gary was wonderful & took great care of me. He accessed me immediately & ordered X-rays to better help me w/my pain.
It took almost 3 hrs but it was Christmas Eve so we had to wait for the X-ray technicians.
I felt the care & attention to detail w/ each person I encountered.

Great group of health care providers all together, from the front desk (including the lady security guard) to the staff of doctors and nurses!!!!! Great job. Please, please keep it up that way all the time. Our experience with your ER has been the best of many we had before, minding the situation that it got us there of course.
