‘Mojo’

All I know is that I was referred to this center for a kidney transplant a month ago and have very little time before I require dialysis, so I called immediately just to be told to be patient and someone will get back to me. That was a month ago; I’ve heard nothing. Maybe they’re good at what they do, but if they don’t hurry up and do it, I’m a goner. Thanks a lot for nothing, I sure hope something changes

Went to the ER for a small head wound. Right in, the staff were wonderful and the Dr was kind and helpful. They really took care of us. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible. My kid had heart issues. Obviously, this takes some time to diagnose. While trying to come and go, it was painfully obvious that there wasn't even anybody at the emergency room. I'm literally talking about there is no one in the emergency room. If you walked up with a broken leg you would need ato use the "computer" and no people at all. When we had to come and go considering we have five kids We had to bang on the door of the triage. No one was even on staff. Good luck coming here with an injury.

When we came, they just made us start typing on computers instead of dealing with heart issues instantly with triage. Apparently they're trying to make it as easy as possible for themselves.

Completely digital care. If you can find someone to help you, good luck. Some of the nurses were okay. I couldn't even get back into the area where my kid was without knocking on the door. I'm literally at a hospital in triage at an emergency room knocking on a door. There is nobody at the desk for almost 45 minutes. This is an emergency room. It doesn't seem like there's a lot of emergencies happening I guess? No idea how they operate like this. Once we told them we just had enough they unhooked my kid from intravenous blood samples, and kicked us out within 8 minutes. Unreal. The state of the health care in this country is crazy and this establishment is beyond terrible.

Most staff didn’t respect personal wishes, and treated us very poorly. Very long wait (7 hours), normally I wouldn’t touch on that understanding the gravity of emergencies and higher priorities in an ER but they still found the time to bring 3 separate people to push the same test we denied to take for our toddler all while neglecting the basic tasks that were needed. They then tried to transfer us to another HCA hospital for personal gain rather then children’s where he needed to go. Upon arriving to our next hospital they informed us that they used outdated methods on him and failed to keep him on oxygen which was their requirements and what he had needed from the start.

I've never been to a hospital with such a caring, loving, extremely quick and affective staff all around. To everyone from the people we see to those who work desk jobs or even cleaning equipment. Thank you for the time and sacrifices you've made for others.
I know when life throws uncertainty at me. I have a beautiful place I can go if needed.

Is this Free? Where is the Camera. Was it working the day I arrived. I am only asking. No one could locate it. And Every one there knows, That I was wearing it on arrival. The DEA knows me. Who am I? Who was the administrator on call? Was I safe? Who was overseeing MY encounter. I only know where this place is. Because I was Hired by Marcus Sia. I know where he is. Susan Finch knew my car and where I was? My mother gave me That Ring, she had picked out the design from Moriarty in Crown Point, Indiana 46407 EeUU

Would not recommend. Visiting from out of town and went here because it was the closest option. Everything was dirty and in disrepair, and the staff left a lot to be desired. The people in registration area were uninterested and dismissive, while the nurses and doctor (with the exception of one very kind, professional nurse) treated us as less than until they realized we had insurance. Their behavior changed dramatically after they repeatedly informed me about med costs and I explained that I didn’t care as long as my child was taken care of. I shudder to think what kind of treatment other unlucky individuals receive. I will say that we were quickly seen and taken care of. The icing on the cake which led me to make a review was the nurse who took care of us gave my child a stuffed animal as we were leaving, which I thought was very kind until 2 mins later I realized it was USED and covered in god know’s what brown spots. This is completely unacceptable especially from a nurse in an ER during a pandemic. Please do not go there if you can take a few minutes to travel to another hospital.

Absolutely confounded by the prodigious
experience at HCI Largo. The medical personnel were consummate professionals and I felt treated with the utmost compassion, dignity and care. The entire staff truly comprehends what an integral component quality patient experience is in health-care. Highly recommend!
