All the negative reviews are so true! DON'T GO HERE!
I went in because I injured my eye and had an eye abrasion. I went in early in the morning but it took the doctor about an hour to go into the room and check on me. He just checked my eye and gave me a pill and eye drops and that's it. The majority of my time there I was just laying in the room and that's it. I wasted about 5 hours there just so they can charge me $250 that day then later send me another bill of $600 then send me to collections and billed me another $5K! I resolved that with my insurance and only ended up paying $650. It's been about 4 months later and I received a call from collections stating I owe $1,800!!!! They don't care about you here they just want the money. As I was in my room you can hear the nurses just talking about people instead of checking in on the patients and the doctor seems like he doesn't care either. Go somewhere else Ido not recommend.

I might have been extremely lucky and went to the ER at the right time, but I had zero wait time and was taken care of right away. Very friendly, competent personnel and very important to me, the temperature in the ER was nice and comfortable. If I ever need to go to the ER or the Hospital again, I will definitely go back. Can’t think of anything negative about the experience.

My overall experience was good; however, when I was discharged I was only given naproxen for a broken ankle to help manage the pain until I saw the orthopedic surgeon. They could have given me better pain medications since it took me 5 days to see the orthopedic doctor. Other than that the care I received was great and hardly any wait time. Thank you!

All of the staff from nurses to doctors to the radiologists from the beginning of my visit to my release were kind and very focused on my care. I was scared and not feeling well, and I received the answers I needed as efficiently as possible. I was treated and then released with answers on how to care for my condition. It's relieving to know if I need emergency care for whatever reason I can trust that myself or my family will be taken care of. Thank you!

I was seen immediately. The staff was very professional. The doctor was great in all aspects. Explaining, made sure I was not in pain and now that stitches are out there will be no noticeable scar. Very happy with my experience.

Great service. Caring folks, did a good job of handling my wife after a fall. X-ray, Cat scan and stitches all at once place. In and out in quick time. Will definitely go back if needed.

Had to go at 10pm at night, based on my symptoms i was in a bed right away. Nurses and my doctor were all amazing. I normally hate going to a hospital for any reason but i ended up feeling much better about them after my visit here. All in all they had me on a plan to get my issues dealt with and out the door within 90 minutes. If you have the unfortunate need of an emergency room, this is the place.
