I received exceptional care from the check in experience to the medical care from Dr. Bicer and his team of nurses Ramona and Nicole. The CT technician was also very caring. I felt very comfortable and cared for the entire time I was there. The entire staff including the environmental services employees worked as a team and were all very welcoming. I realize the place is brand new but I appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and delivery of stellar care. I am very grateful to the team. Thank you!!

My experience at South Summerlin FED was amazing. When entering the facility, Alejandra greeted me at the front desk with a smile 😃 . The nurses Ramona and Noelle were very courteous and attentive. Dr. Bicer took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly👌. I was also very impressed with the short wait time. I high recommend South Summerlin FED to anyone seeking quality care.

Quickest ER visit I’ve ever had! Ramona, CNC, was sweet and so kind to my little one who was the patient. Clean, spacious, quick! All team members from the front to the back office were great! Thanks ER at S Summerlin!

I was treated so well by all staff as soon as I walked thru the door. I was told right away that they were an ER which i knew thats where i needed to be. I didn't have to fill out any forms was just taken right to a bed.
Chris who was my nurse immediately put me on an IV. Did such a good job I didn't even feel a prick. My Dr -- I'm sorry I don't remember her name came in asked questions and tests happened one after the other. In the end I was diagnosed with Acute Bacterial Bronchitis. I'm so glad I stopped there as I feel so much better after getting my medications. The place is beautiful clean and beautifully decorated. Jean Duncan

Having a Brand New free-standing ER in Summerlin South is a great thing for this cozy neighborhood. What's even better is that the staff is Experienced, knowledgeable, very helpful and Very Nice. Thank you 🙏 for your Service 🫡

The staff was very welcoming and attentive to my concerns about my babies breathing. The facility was 23 miles out of my way and Id would still go back to there instead of a more convenient er facility.
