This was for my wife. We arrived around 9;30 on a Sunday and were in a room within 10minutes. Receptions only ask for ID and put in patient room! Nurse took vitals and then medical card taken! Dr came in. Excellent treatment and Dr explained very clearly. I’ve never been so impressed with the smoothness of the whole event and was out of there within 45 minutes. Highly recommend it and already have!

I will say this. I've experienced some things while living here and coming to this place made me feel like my hometown in North Carolina. It was me being comfortable and the Nurses were amazing, even down to the Registration admin. I felt very comfortable. It's all about being patient. The doctor asked all questions and let you express your concerns. They were top tier in my opinion. I recommend them if you are new to the area and have no hospital or urgent care to go to. Please go see them. Raphael was super funny!

Everyone was very nice. I was there a long time waiting on xray results though. I do think the Dr should come in and explain what is wrong,treatment and follow up. The male nurse came in and read my chart diagnosis for the first as he was reading it to me. He was very nice,just saying.

This was my first visit to Manatee ER in Sun City Center. I was seen right away. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I have only been to a few emergency rooms in my lifetime and this was the quickest visit that I ever had. The staff was very professional and proficient at every step that needed to be done. I highly recommend this ER. If I need to go to an emergency room in the future, I will go the Manatee ER in Sun City Center as it is extremely close to where I live.

I took my daughter in at 3am for a swollen face. She was seen by Dr. Meloni who was great and assessed her quickly. He even took time to answer all of my questions regarding the medication being prescribed to her. The entire staff was very nice and we were in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely go back to this ER for any emergency care.

Checkin was fast and care was excellent. Dr. Kennedy saw me twice during my 2 1/2 hr visit and made me feel very comfortable, explaining everything along the way. All staff friendly and professional. Very pleased

Entire staff was simply awesome! Extremely friendly. Very attentive to be and my family! 5star all the way. Had to take my mother in law there a few weeks ago so once i needed to go the the ER i went outta my way to go there. Plus they have you in and out no wait.

Came in barely being able to breath from what I thought was a cold turns out it was bronchitis and the staff treated me like a human being not a burden, took really good care of me and the doctor listened and didn't pass judgment as I looked like any one with a bad cold for 3 day. After a couple of days taking the meds I was given I am feeling 75% better 2 days latter, everything is coming up i can breath 90% now. Thank 😊 you so much for just treating me like a human have a wonderful new year, stay safe stay strong.
