ER at the Lakes - Las Vegas, Nevada

We took a family member in here the day they flew in from another state. Prior to taking this trip to Vegas, he hasn't felt great for two weeks and was hospitalized prior, ending with a discharge but no diagnosis. Experiencing the doctors, nurses, and medical staff here was like a breath of fresh air. They provided quality medicine and patient care for my family member. I felt that my family member was really cared for by the nurses and medical staff. Specifically, PA James Lee was very thorough and practiced excellent medicine. He found the diagnosis that my family member's regular doctors should have caught-- and missed-- about 2-3 weeks ago. They ended up transferring him to a great hospital here, and I am happy to say that we are able to fly him home today. I would recommend this ER if you are looking for quality care.

Extremely professional, fast and detail-oriented medical team with excellent equipment, fast and effective lab-work in-house and comprehensive reporting provided both as a patient-friendly set of discharge papers and a very helpful and high quality set of printable medical records via MyHealthOne.com, which can be easily shared back with one’s primary care physician. I was seen practically immediately, facility was clean and efficient, equipment was modern and in good order, test results came back quickly, and the whole experience was about as good as a visit to the ER could possibly be. My thanks to the careful, friendly, detail-oriented and efficient staff.

My elderly mom needed ER care for head injury from a fall. Dr. Allgower & the entire staff were so kind, helpful & efficient. Only waited 5 min to be seen. This facility is clean & quiet, conveniently located. We’ll definitely use it for ER or Urgent Care in the future. Highly recommend.

They got me right in and made me very comfortable, answered all my questions and concerns, ran some test, prescribed the needed medications and I am now feeling much better.

My only complaint would be the length of time I was there for the tests and results, otherwise is was a great experience. Thank You!

On January 6th 2025 I walked myself into this clinic with a gun shot wound to my neck. I believe the Doctor that saved my life was named Nick Sadejhi. He tied the artery off in my neck and placed me on a breathing tube. I thank the doctor and the staff who acted quickly to save my life this night. My family and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate the people that came together that night for me. I’m healthy, safe and back home with my family now. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you guys. A million times. I plan to send a letter also thanking the staff and the doctor to this location. So please look out for it. 🙏🏻💙

Fast in and out - that's the positive. On the negative, they ran no tests and offered nothing other than pain relief (ibuprofen) that we had been administering at home. Diagnosis: "a virus." Our concierge internist was much better -- we took our own flu test and covid test at home so that she could prescribe helpful treatment, and then got Tamiflu which has helped. Not sure what value this ER at the Lakes provided and hope the bill is non-existent.

It took 4.5 hours for their radiologist to review my x-ray!! I understand it is not their fault, but if you need specialized consultations or more immediate attention, I would recommend going to a hospital instead. Overall, they were very friendly and kind, especially their x-ray tech as well as all RNs.

I am very satisfied with my overall experience at the ER AT The Lakes. The doctor, nurses, and staff were quite helpful, and I finally discovered the root cause of my health issues!
