I had a seizure at home, was brought in by ambulance where I was put in a hallway for 6 hours while I watched the nurses at the end of the hallway flirt with the paramedics. When I attempted to get up because my body was starting to hurt, I was told I couldn’t. After arguing for about 30 seconds, they sat me in a chair where I sat for another 40 minutes. Eventually I gave up and pulled my line out and walked out.
I made the mistake of bringing my son here one time. He was threatening to kill himself and the CPS worker that works there told us that we had to sit there for 4 days before we could receive any help and called me a bad parent because I decided to pull him out to find him different care after we had been sitting there for 3 (almost 4) days already. 0 compassion. I suffer at home now in the comfort and privacy of my own home instead of suffering in a filthy ER waiting room.

Went in for some BH issues and was treated with kindness and compassion. Stayed a week in 2 East and was a good experience. Every RN was super nice, the OT team is top tier. My CNP was very kind and was key to getting me back on track.

They worked on getting us pain medication for my partners severe pain as soon as we came in. 15 mins till administration. About 90 mins to room and 3 hours to diagnosis and cat scan. The provider was very kind and efficient. I’m very satisfied thank you!

From ER to ICU. My family has been here in and out with visiting. The staff are very friendly and helpful with my Dad. Room is very clean all time. We are very appreciate everyone’s help. Our nurse is Kristen. She so nice and any my questions about my Dad. She always try to help me out best with answers.

Came in due to a ruptured ovarian cyst. I can’t say enough wonderful words about the nurses, the doctors and the entire staff. They were kind, thorough and helpful.

The wait time is ridiculously long, The Staff and Our R.N. was extremely rude and un attentive, to my fiancee needs. The Dr seemed like he kept skipping his room. This hospital has gone down hill completely at least the emergency department has.

Rude attendants/nurses. Over 6 hour wait, in the waiting room AFTER being brought in by ambulance for passing out at work. Finally in the room and they ask what took so long to come in. Nurses rolling their eyes at answers to their questions.

I went in last night and waited 4 hours. I was roomed but for 3 hours no one came to check on me, no one came to update me on how long it will be to get seen. I waited so long I was starving and decided to leave, I took my own iv out and left. Worst emergency room I’ve been to.
