I had a wonderful experience here. I was immediately taken back to a room. Doctor Bean took my concerns seriously and was thorough. The whole nursing staff and registration was amazing as well. I wish I remembered all of their names to give recognition. If I find them on my paperwork, I will update this review. I will definitely be back in the future.

The best ER experience I've ever had! The room was a nice temperature. The ENTIRE staff was so very friendly starting with the security at the front desk. Dr Heaps was very patient, thorough , attentive. The nurse who did my Iv, the one who did my ultrasound, they're all amazing! Thank you all for your kindness and patience. I'm usually an anxious person and I'm happy to say my anxiety was not once triggered being here.

The rooms are very clean, there was no wait time. The staff checked on my to assess my pain level, my comfort. Hope I never have to go to the ER again but if I did, this would be my place

This satellite ER is the best idea I've seen, herd and experienced.
Place is very clean, staff is awesome.
Went in on a Thursday for a swollen shut ear and a mild swollen left side of my face. Doctor on staff was excellent, prescribed major antibiotics and an antibiotic ear drops. He told me if it gets worse, get back in there.
Well... it got worse. I went back the next day and the doctor on staff told me I was in begging stages of shingles on my face.
I almost fell out of the bed.
He prescribed stronger antibiotics and he nurse gave me some to get me started.
I love this place, the staff once again is top notch.
There's no hospital drama, no wait time, seen with in 10 minutes.
I will always go there.. they deserve 20 stars.

We had a fantastic experience here. My wife had badly injured her wrist and we thought it was broken. Everyone from the receptionist to the RN the doctor was fantastic. We were in and out in just over an hour. Would highly recommend using West Craig Road ER

I truly appreciate my visit today. As soon as we walked in we got seen. The nurses Jen and jun were very helpful and patient with my daughter and took very good care of her. Kim was Amazing also gave my baby coloring book and crayons to keep her busy during the visit or she would have been running around. Such a life saver. Doctor golden was very helpful and understanding he gave me at home remedies I can do for her and also made sure she got the right medication.

Best ER experience ever! Every single staff member was polite, knowledgeable, respectful and polite. They gave me estimated times throughout every step, kept me informed of expectations on everything.

As soon as I arrived they brought me back to a room. The doctor was in in less then 5 minutes . Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend going here if you are in need of emergency medical care.

The facility was extremely clean. The nurse, Christian, was extremely kind and professional and caring. The doctor, Houpis, was also polite and listened to me. She called the surgeon I had the day before to collaborate and decide treatment. I am very grateful for the nurse and doctor. And then, a man who was transferring me via wheelchair to have chest/abdominal X-rays was not attentive. When he came to get me, my husband told him I had just had surgery the day before and needed help. I was already visibly in pain and crying. In the x-toy room, he and the man running the x-ray machine asked me to lay down flat on the table. I told them I couldn’t. They just stared at me so I made a small attempt and immediately was in 10/10 pain. They just stared and waited for me to lay down. I tried again and burst into tears and was trying to get back up but was unable to because the pain was excruciating. I struggled while crying and in the worst pain of my life, and neither man made any attempt to help me. I had to ask through tears and struggled breaths for him to help me sit back up. I should not have had that experience. He should have heeded the words of my husband, not stared blankly at me expecting me to try laying down again when I said I couldn’t do it, and he should have helped me the instant he saw me burst into tears trying to sit back up. I’ve never been physically helpless before. I still can’t believe he just stood there watching me hysterically cry and not be able to breathe and not get myself back up.
