Went in for a scary situation. Was greeted with compassion, taken back quickly, and the care was excellent and thorough.
I was extremely satisfied to see the transparency ER at Westlake showed with their signage on the front door and in the lobby.
Great experience and I hope I never have to go back!

The most amazing experience I have ever had from an emergency room. From the second I walked in I was warmly greeted by Kelly, the registrar, where she promptly placed me into a room. Immediately the wonderful, sweet and lovely Liz and Rachael, came in and did their thing, then Dr. Thomas came and assessed me from head to toe, making sure he didn’t miss anything! Dave the X-ray tech was so considerate, professional and kind as well! This group of health care professionals were amazing, professional and so compassionate, I will definitely tell anyone to go to this emergency room!!

Staff and nurses were outstandingly nurturing. Cleanliness was pristine. Timing and communication was very effective. You’d be hard pressed to find a better ER <3 Dr. Thomas, Kymberly & Joann, a special thank you for caring immeasurably for my children and setting them on track to get well soon.

Dr. Mansell and his team are awesome. I’ve been there twice once for my kids and he was nice and the second time for myself. He recognized me which now days is surprising ant a doctors office much less at the ER. Always professional very caring and thorough to really find out the source of my issue each visit. Great location and amazing staff keep up the great work!

Dr. Young is awesome and very professional and made me feel less nervous. Charge nurse Melody is amazing and knowledgeable and professional and Nurse Clarissa is amazing and knowledgeable and professional also front desk nurse and tech were great and helpful and very patient. I was seen quickly and received decent care. The attending physician seemed to be in a big rush, asking questions and then cutting me off mid-sentence while I was still answering them. Given that those answers were supposed to help him diagnose me, I found this inappropriate.

The attending nurses and other staff were helpful and sympathetic and took their time. Given my debilitated condition at the time, I didn't have the energy to insist on being heard by the physician.

This medical ER facility is extremely clean, managed perfectly and extremely professional. I have been to many ER facilities over the years being a native of PB County, and I have to say...This is the Best!!! Will never go to any other if I should need emergency medical assistance.

Cannot say enough about the excellent service I received. Staff, Nurse Clarissa and Dr young were so professional and listened to my issue and explained each step along the way what they were going to do. Favility is well organized and sparkling clean
