I do not know what else I can do with this business. I was sent an incorrect bill. Calling the office they say they cannot do anything and you have to deal with their payment service. The billing service is impossible, sounds like someone working in a basement, hung up on me multiple times “by mistake”. I’ve called the billing service multiple times, they have told me twice they agree there is a mistake and they will call the office to figure it out. It never happens. I keep getting bills in the mail. This is a nightmare.

Doy tres estrellas ya que el personal es muy mal educado, necesite traducción a español y la chica que lo hizo de verdad que fue muy mal educada ni siquiera a la cara miraba. La doctora excelente muy amable pero las enfermeras parece que no les gusta su trabajo
