Jack and the team were able to install, plaster, sort electrics and decorate bespoke windows in three rooms in less than 3 weeks. This company did EXCELLENT work for me, fixing an issue with rain ingress around loft dormer windows and onto the ceiling below. I chose them because of the quality of work they did on my neighbour's roof where they fixed a long standing issue. The work involved diagnosing the issue, slate tiling, lead work, taking windows out and back in and all the detailing on ensure rain runs effectively off the roof and dormers. Jack manages the company superbly and my project from start to finish. He promptly got one of his teams comprising of Andi, Tim and Arlind working for me. I needed quick work because of selling my home and because Jack has a number of people working for him, he was able to respond fast. Andi, Tim and Arland came everyday for 4 days, arrived on time, worked hard, were professional, friendly and very skilled at what they did and rightly proud of it. They left no stone unturned in properly diagnosing and fixing the issue and I 100% recommend them. Thank you to ER Roofing.

The ER team did a wonderful job on our leaking flat roof with a spalling brick parapet. The whole roof surface was replaced and finished with elegant porcelain tiles. while the water damaged ceiling below was repaired. The crumbling brick of the parapet has been wrapped in lead and now looks very handsome. We were very impressed by Jack Collings thoughtful supervision, by the care with which the team worked and especially by the skill of the lead-worker! Everyone involved was cheerful and a pleasure to have around.

Very happy with repairs to our roof, I was glad to find a company with knowledge of green sedum roofs as well as regular types of roof construction. They were able to find and repair a small leak, without having to strip back the whole roof.

ER Group London completed a significant repair to my roof to address faults in its original construction. My experience with Jack Cockings and his team was exceptional and I could not have been more impressed. I have no reservations in recommending the team.

The primary issue with the roof was condensation and the plan was to add ventilation. However, once the roof was opened, certain unexpected issues with the existing construction were identified. Jack came in person to discuss and provided clear and practical options. In fact, he advised that the existing structure could be retained and only repaired in the future if needed. I really appreciated Jack's focus on providing clear information and solutions.

The team that worked on-site day-to-day consisted of Andi and Xhuljano. They were fantastic. They worked independently but kept me informed of status. They were hard working, considerate and kept the work area tidy. They were courteous to the neighbours and it was pleasure to have them around. Their work was completed to a high standard with a great attention to detail. When I had questions, they took the time to update me and also kept Jack involved when necessary.

Overall, I would use ER Group London again for future work and confidently recommend them. They made what could have been a stressful matter, pretty much stress free.
