Vivien and Mr Er were very helpful in renovating our commercial unit in the CBD area (between Raffles Place and Tanjong Pagar).

They knew the rules and the next steps for paperwork, they laid out the timeline.

Their workers were there on time and finished on time, they cleared the space and cleaned up each time. They made sure I knew when to bring in the lights person, electric person, plumber. And we really appreciated the woodwork they do, with the doors as well as the reception counter.

Mr Er and Vivian Er, the lovely father and daughter duo, have been the life savior of my clinic at Tanjong Pagar; the first contractor that I seek didn’t have an idea what an eco green building is and certainly didn’t have the license to renovate the clinic at SBF Center Medical Suites.
The first contractor has had the process delayed for almost a month time to the point that I had to delay the grand opening date to a later date. Mr Er and Vivian deliver and complete the Reno of the clinic within a month time without a single fuss!
Working with Vivian has been a care free and a rest assuring experience as she took care of all documentations and management inquiries almost immediately.
Highly recommend this reliable Singapore based company for your future renovation works!

Vivien and her team are very dedicated and professional. They help to make sure the whole process from concept to the installation of the final product is smooth with no hiccups. When it comes to design and layout, they also give us a lot of good and useful ideas. The quality and workmanship is great as well. Engaged ER to help with carpentry of our new establishment.
The team is very friendly and professional. Communication channel was always open to discuss ideas and have progress updates to ensure everything from design to material selection to delivery and installation to be completely smooth and on time. Most impressive is the finishing and workmanship, there's been plenty of repeated compliments from clients and staff. Definitely job well done.
