Went into the ER Saturday morning in extreme pain. The moment I walked in all of the staff were kind, patient and were sensitive to how I was feeling. I was seen almost immediately. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable and had a TV. To help distract and entertain me during the uncomfortable time. I had labs and a CT scan done within the first 30 minutes of my admission. I wish I could remember the woman at the check in desk and the nurses names but they both AND Dr. Heegeman were absolutely wonderful. I was treated like a human being. When they were with me, I felt like I was the most important, the only one in the entire department even though I wasn’t. Upon discharge, I left feeling heard and valued.

Don't go to this hospital, they don't know what there doing. The nurses don't do things correctly, the doctors don't care. It is the worst, if you have to go there, take 2 people who can protect you or record what is happening. They are the worst.

Went to emergency room 9/28/24 we were up camping had a eye problem, didn't want to waste a afternoon In hospital, we'll they took excellent care of us an quick l bet we were not even there a hour,got prescription an started healing,very glad we took the hour an went there.

Worst ever experience. Who ever is the administrator for this ER shouldn’t have a job. Been waiting for 6 hours to get an Emergency Room. 6 hours and still waiting.

Was treated like I didn’t concern the doctor, asked about other remedy’s that would help reduce pain in my throat so I could fall asleep and was told “there are no narcotics I can give you”. Haven’t been to the ER in months. No history of getting any sort of pain killer from the hospital or ER. And almost 24 hours later the issue I went in for has only gotten worse. Extremely disappointed. Have heard similar stories from others upon mentioning my experience. Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to!!!

We are here delivering my first child. We been here 11 hours and its not bad. But they definitely y need to make better signs on how to get places. Because the walk from the parking lot they told us to park in, is long as hell and u get list a lot. They need the color lines on the floor and a clear map of all the places on a floor right at the front where u get off the elevator. Recap: super long fricking walk to the baby unit, no signs to tell where your going. Also let's put on there that they are charging soon to be dads for a meal. Give me a free burger if we are here all day. We been here 11 hours so far.

Urgent care is now in the ER wing here. Just a heads up, if you go into a room in Urgent care, YOU CANNOT LEAVE. I wanted to see if I had Pneumonia after not getting better for two weeks (Covid test came back negative days before this) and after waiting in a room for over an hour and asking a bunch of questions, I told them I wanted to contact my doctor and have him check my condition and that I wanted to leave and not keep anyone else waiting. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME LEAVE! I HAD to be checked by the ER doctor which really was a waist of time. I just wanted my lungs listened to and if an antibiotic would help, to prescribe me one. I got a lecture about how antibiotics don't work and etc etc. and finally at the end they checked my lungs and said they were clear. I get Covid is messing with health services, but this was just the craziest experience I have ever had.

The individual staff are caring, the office staff are awful. If I only had to deal with doctors and nurses there it would have been an amazing experience...the office staff and leadership there make me hate everything about that hospital. If you can survive to make it to another hospital you should.
