My husband received the absolute best care last night. He met me here after cutting his thumb pretty badly. X-rays determined no metal fragments and bone still in tact. 6 stitches later we were on our way. The staff was amazing and Dr Clark was the most personable doctor I’ve seen in this town. Thank you! We will be back.

I highly recommend ER Now.
They are fast, efficient and have all the diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing in house.
It was clean and quiet. I did not feel like I was going to contract an additional illness while waiting for test results in my private room.
The staff was amazing from Jayden at the front desk who was super helpful and processed my paper work rapidly, to the RN Melinda who was so kind and caring, to the Radiology Tech Gracie who was efficient and quick, and Dr Sheppard who was thorough and effective.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
This is the 2nd experience that we have had at ER Now; the first being with my 5 year old child. They handled him amazingly as well.

I have used ER now on several occasions and will continue to use them! My last visit for myself, I was cared for by Nurse Jill, radiology tech Bryce I believe, and Dr Farhat. They were exceptional in bedside manner and professionalism, while still showing that I was a person and not a just a name on paper. I also was very pleased with Layken at the desk. This is a great group of people that care about what they do!
I also had dealings with this facility a few days ago as my all boy grandson decided bringing in 2025 with stitches was the thing to do. Again, we were very cared for and treated like we mattered.
5 stars all the way!

Ive had some issues going on for almost a month. This was my second visit to ER Now and I am so very thankful for everyone that helped me. I got a bit scared this trip but Kaitlyn and Bryce were the ABSOLUTE BEST people I’ve EVER dealt with. Dr O was amazing too! You guys are doing fantastic!! And thank you so very much for everything. Ever part of my visit was so pleasant! Mrs. Lakin at the front desk was very helpful explaining paper work to me. Nurse Melinda is such a hoot! She so so caring and gentle with me! Same as the RT, Christi. They all were very informative. Dr. Farhat was so kind and gave very clear instructions to me. They all were so attentive to my wound and to me as a person, it really made my trip less painful and very easy! I'm definitely going back of I ever need to!

Great care from everyone involved, quick to get to a room in the back, very clean facility. Very informative on the steps they were taking with the procedure that my son needed. Which helped with his anxiety over the whole situation. Highly recommend going If you want good quality care. We will definitely be returning for any other urgent needs.

From the moment I walked in the clinic the Atmosphere and Staff was warm and Inviting! The entire place was clean and Beautiful! They were very Thorough and took very good care of me. I'm a 100% disabled Veteran and they care about us Veterans!

Went in extremely nervous but came out feeling soooo much better! Very thorough and understanding. Melinda had some great ideas to keep me not coming back, which works for me! James was caring and did a great job with my IV despite me having a minor freak out (sorry James!). Would highly recommend for fast, professional and thorough help. 5 stars!
