What a great experience for the situation. I was having issues with one of my legs and have been traveling and recently had surgery so I wanted to make sure that I didn’t have anything serious going on. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. The ER itself was extremely clean as well. I’ve had bad experiences with hospitals in the past with family members, but this was a much different experience. I was very thankful for the team here that provided quick, informative, and caring service!

every individual from the front desk, the nurse, the doctor, the ct tech was kind, engaged, and helpful! we had high expectations based on reviews and were still blown away. they did everything quickly but not in a rushed way and you could tell they genuinely cared. the staff truly made a stressful situation so much easier to get through! they even offered us snacks and drinks when we checked out. thank you for everything, so grateful this ER is an accessible and reliable part of the community!

Best Urgent Care/ER Visit. Staff was friendly, communicated well and consistently, and had us out of there in 1.5 hours with X-ray results! Way faster than experiences elsewhere. Dr. Shah was great and made me feel at ease…nurses were awesome too!

This is easily one of the best ER clinics I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for by every staff member, from the front desk (Carolyn, who was so kind and brought me snacks and drinks) to the emergency room team (Nurse Janice was amazing and Patrick did my scan, they were both so kind!) The doctor (Dr Cardenas. I wish he could be my PCP!!!!) took the time to listen to me without rushing through the exam, which made all the difference. He spent a lot of time helping me understand better, and most ER doctors I see don't seem to have the time for that. I was in the area for student teaching and couldn’t make it to my usual clinic, so I decided to try this place, and I’m so glad I did. The care, kindness, and professionalism here truly set them apart. I would return, even if it meant driving 40 minutes out of my way. Highly recommended for anyone in need of thorough, compassionate care. Thank you guys!! 🙂

My mom came in with severe flu and Covid symptoms. She needed a lot of care and the team here did a wonderful job. Carolina was extremely helpful and checked on us in the waiting room often. Starchaun excellent provided care for my mom and answered the questions we had. The doctor on staff was very knowledable and patient as well. Overall we got all the help we needed and are very grateful. Thank you all.

I had an excellent experience at this ER. From the front desk staff to the medical team, everyone was professional, kind, and efficient. They provided great care for my child, explaining everything clearly and making sure we were comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend this facility that’s looking to get outstanding care.

The best urgent care I’ve been to. They got me in and out. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and I didn’t feel ashamed that I hadn’t been able to get to the dentist due to other urgent needs. I came in for a severe tooth infection and they made sure to get my prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy and even gave me a dose of antibiotics in the office.

No one wants to come to urgent care, but at least when you do you want to be treated like a human being.

Was looking for a place to go get checked out but didn’t want to wait in the waiting room forever at a big hospital ER. Dr Cardenas was very thorough and personable. He was considerate and very knowledgeable in my treatment. The entire staff was excellent. There was no long waiting times between when you would see them like at other facilities. Caroline at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had what I needed. If I ever need emergency care again, this is where I would go.
