I had to visit this place today for care, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist greeted us with great respect and professionalism. He quickly signed me in and even walked us to the room. Within just four minutes, Dr. Ahmed arrived to see me.

Dr. Ahmed is an incredible doctor—his ability to accurately diagnose my symptoms showed his high level of experience and expertise. He was thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. What stood out even more was his kindness toward my 2-year-old daughter, frequently checking on her and offering snacks with so much warmth.

And the nurse. Thank you very much

If you're looking for excellent care, I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!

I recently visited the ER of Mesquite, and I have to say, my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made what could have been a stressful visit incredibly comfortable.

The facility itself was spotless, which immediately put me at ease. It’s clear they prioritize cleanliness and maintaining a professional environment.

Special thanks to the amazing staff—Kaitlin, Tea, and Kim. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for and comfortable. Their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent patient care!!! Dr Cardenas bedside manner was superb and he was so kind and listen to me thoroughly. He left a lasting impression on what I should expect from other physicians I come across moving forward. The nurse was just as kind and sweet. She truly has her calling for caring for people. Great service here.. very patient, professional and kind.. as soon as you walk in Muhammad was very polite and nice very courteous .. loved it made us feel comfortable there.. Dr. Cardenas was really nice and straight to the point. Nurse I believe Cassi was her name really kind and gentle with my daughter.. exceptional service and very clean environment. I am surprisingly impressed by this facility. The front desk guy was kind and informative (esp when I called to inquire about some things). The wait was quick. The lobby is clean and soothing. The EMT and doctor were also kind. Dr. Ahmed was quick but reassuring. Although, I didn’t need any further tests, I believe they offer diagnostic testing, which is a huge plus. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was I had to ask for their names. Not detrimental, but an important part of bedside manner. Other than that I would recommend this facility, hands down, before going to any other nearby ER. Thank you, Dr. Ahmed and team.

Despite the circumstances for our visit, the staff made the experience comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Cardenas and his team were exceptional in every way. Dr. Cardenas was very informative, great sense of humor and walked us through all the steps. Our nurse Adrian, was nice and attentive. The front desk attendant Uzair was welcoming and speedy in getting us seen and lastly our x-ray technician, Tam, was efficient. Overall, we would definitely come again if an emergency arose. This will be my first visit to this particular facility and they've done an outstanding job. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous nice just pleasant.. I felt like they genuinely cared about my well-being. They explained everything very well. They took their time. I didn't feel rush. It was really really good experience.

My first visit and the staff was very friendly. Very helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure he did a full CT so he could find out what was going on... Thank you Dr. Cardenas, Nurse Adrian and Desk Kimberly, and the young lady that did my CT scan...I recommend this ER!
