I was severely misdiagnosed (treated for pneumonia) and discharged with a life threateningly low hemoglobin count. Two days later, I felt even worse and called ER of Texas to get advice. I was told by the doctor who treated me that my best option was to go to a hospital ER; so I went to Baylor Scott & White. Within 30 minutes I was given a proper diagnosis of anemia and was receiving blood and iron transfusions.

I’ve attempted to allow ER of Texas to respond to my concerns. I shared my experience with the Administrative Coordinator at the Colleyville location and was told someone would get back to me. A week later I still had not received a response.

So, I filled out the online contact form on their website and immediately received a response from Michele, the owner and COO, who said she understood my concerns and would get back to me with a resolution within 24 hours. After a week without a reply I reached out to her again, but this time received no response.

It’s been almost 2 months since initial contact, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone! Likely because they realize their level of gross negligence. I am pursuing other avenues for remediation, but feel obligated to warn others. Their next patient may not be as lucky as I was.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Very quick service, with informative and attentive care. Lisa at the front desk was particularly kind and helpful with getting me back as fast as possible. If I ever need emergency care, this is the spot for me.

This ER treated my fiancé two nights in a row after he developed bronchitis from the flu and then the original medications prescribed gave him undesirable side effects and they were SO quick and SO HELPFUL, especially on the second night! Really listened to my fiancés concerns about his side effects and talked through possible options for new medication and was VERY thorough! We were seen very quickly both nights and treated so well! Dr. Meeder is a true life-saver, we can’t thank him enough!!!

I ended up here one night with my 4YO vomiting and running super high fever. They were excellent and took care of both of us! The facilities were very clean and everyone was kind and professional.

My husband had severe abdominal pain earlier tonight after several days of moderate to mild pain. It didn’t seem like the kind of issue that required a full hospital ER trip, so we decided to go to this location because it’s much closer. I’m very glad we did!

The staff managing the front desk was very friendly and helpful as we completed paperwork. We were in a private within 10 minutes of arrival and talking to a nurse shortly after. Within about 45 minutes we’d spoken to the doctor and my husband was given some stronger painkillers so he could be comfortable for the first time in days. The nurse and doctor were both prompt, professional, and very kind.

We were there for little under 4 hours total and left with a diagnosis (gallstones), prescriptions, and next steps. Overall, as far as ER visits go, this was about as pleasant as you could hope it would be! The creature comforts like snacks, warm blankets, and a comfortable reclining chair for me to doze in were all very appreciated, and the staff, nurses, and doctors who we met were all wonderful.

Absolutely top notch service. We have been here twice and will never go to another ER again. The wait time has been less than 15 minutes or quicker and in and out within an hour both times! Bedside manner is great and every staff member we have encountered is great and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to my friends and family in the area.

Super super super rude at the fromt deak. Thats all i can say. Doctor and the nurse both were nice but the front desk today at 07/19/24 11:45 am, the lady at the front desk need manners to talk to patients.

Best experience of any hospital or ER I’ve ever visited. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and kind. Jordan H. was extremely friendly from the moment we walked through the doors. He got us in quickly and made sure my son was seen within minutes of arriving. I could not have asked for a better experience, under the circumstances. I definitely recommend. I’d give more stars if I could. Thank you!!!!
