Had to come back and do another review. I have been to this Er a couple of times and man the staff and the whole atmosphere here is warm and welcoming. Very compassionate down to earth folks here who treat everyone with kindness. Hopefully I don't come back any time soon lol but if I need Acute care this is my go to ! You Rock 🤘 guys and ladies. From the front office to the back techs , nurses and Dr's they have you covered!!!

I am visiting from FL and I was not feeling good and ended up here. Marcus was so sweet answering our questions regarding insurance and paperwork. I also want to thank nurse Jacquelyn and Roy. They were very understanding and caring throughout the whole visit. I had EKG, labs, and X-ray & CT done immediately. I am so thankful for this team! Thank you so much!

I came with Flu like symptoms and they took me back. Paperwork was normal and the staff was exceptional. Doctor Reed explained everything and I let feeling better with Answers and medication sent to the pharmacy of my choice. Being sick is terrible, being treated like a person was great. I highly tecommend this ER.

My absolute best experience ever at an ER! Sierra was an absolute pleasure! Everybody was super informative! And I felt extremely comfortable in their care! I will never go back to a regular county emergency room in my life!!

Hands down better than CareNow, other minor emergency clinics and definitely extremely better than the ER. Doctors, nurses and office staff are extremely friendly and professional. The office building is the nicest I've seen and very comfortable. If you're sick, I would highly recommend Trusted ER. Top notch! I was able to get in immediately without having to call ahead or wait in the waiting room. Doctor introduced himself and everyone in the room upon entering and then got to work on me immediately without any waiting.

The worst prejudice incompetent hospital ever!! My daughter came with severe excruciating abdominal pain so bad she couldn’t hardly walk.The Asian receptionist at front desk refused her services because my daughter didn’t have no insurance my daughter plead and begged for them to helped her but the receptionist which was an Asian woman just looked at my daughter with no empathy and a care in a world, all she kept doing was asking my daughter for money, what ER asked for money upfront and she said it was a private emergency so you have to pay or go to a main hospital and preceeded to tell her they don’t do payment plan Medicaid or Medicare.According to patients rights and yes I read about their own policy at this hospital stating that you are never allowed to denied medical care to patient regardless of there ability to pay and all the nurses was all in cahoots with the receptionist. I believe they did this to my daughter because she is young and black. Whether the ER is private or not they have no right to refuse a patient treatment. My daughter could have died luckily she was able to go to Texas Health where she treated for a life threatening condition where she had to have surgery. I will definitely be talking to my attorney about this this is malpractice the receptionist and nurses needs to be fired !!!!

This visit was so relaxing and quick! I was canceled at my doctor so I ran on over here and they took great care of me! Shout out to Nurse Jacquelyn and Registrar Lydia and Doctor Pearce and Radiologist Tech Antoinette. For making sure I felt all better. I highly recommend! The ER smells good and it’s so clean! Did I mention the wonderful staff? They are so Awesome and the staff care!

After Trusted ER I don’t think I can ever go back to a regular Emergency Room! The level of service and care at this facility is outstanding!

Appearance:
We actually thought we were in the wrong place because the entrance is almost like a luxury hotel. The receptionist greats you with a warm smile and there is coffee, drinks, and snacks. It was incredibly clean! When I say Clean I mean CLEAN. The room I was escorted too had the bed made up with a nice chair and throw blanket in the corner for if you had one person with you. The bathroom was beautiful I was taken aback by how clean and and nice the bathroom looked!

Staff:
Like I said above the first thing you are greeted with as soon as you walk through the door is a smile, same thing goes for when your leaving. You feel so welcomed and feel like your treated like family. They try to make you smile and laugh and actually spend time with you to get to the root of the issue instead of just taking a 1 minute look at you and then sending you home.
The doctor was so thorough and asked the right questions to get answers that I wouldn’t have even thought to say. You could tell that they all genuinely wanted to make sure you went home safe and better. Everyone was very knowledgeable and you could trust they knew what they were doing!

Extras:
They had a whole candy bar which was amazing. Their coffee machine was awesome there were a variety of coffees, different flavored creamers, hot chocolate, and syrups.
They also have a snack station when you come in as well. Last but not least I left with some actually nice socks, a blanket, and a goodie bag, and a shirt! I will be issuing the bag and things they gave me and make it my hospital/ ER bag since it is so spacious and but everything I need in there so I will be able to just easily grab the bag and go if I have to go to an ER or Hospital again. The receptionist also stated they can order a Uber Or Lyft if you can’t get to them.

Overall this was the best experience I have ever had going to an Emergency Room! If this Trusted ER is near you I highly recommend you go there if you ever have any have to go to a ER!

Dr. Clark (I wish he could be my regular doctor he was so amazing and informative)
RN- Yaz and Brye ( made sure I was comfortable bringing hot blankets and checking on me)
Rad Tech- James ( impeccable bedside manner) and Lorrie
Front Desk- Mary and Lauren (both so warm hearted)
