This emergency room is a complete disaster. It’s like they’re not even trying to provide basic primary care. The staff was incredibly rude and showed no empathy towards my friend, who was in pain. They were all about collecting insurance and personal details, and they didn’t even care about how long it took him to fill out the paperwork.

Even though my friend had tried other medications without any improvement, the receptionist was rude to him when he came in again. I tried to help him by mentioning his previous visit and asking her to retrieve his information without having to fill out the forms again because of his pain, but she insisted on only talking to him. That was really rude and unexpected.

My interaction with her was very short, so there was no chance for misunderstanding. She even criticized my friend for missing some spots on the paperwork, even though he was in a lot of pain. That’s just not right.

This emergency room needs a lot of training in empathy and patient care. We expected a more compassionate approach, especially since there weren’t many other patients.

I will never go anywhere else. I had flu like symptoms for a few days that weren’t improving so I decided to have my husband take me to get checked out, so if I did have the flu, I could get a doctors note and be excused from work. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the front desk, gentlemen who gave us paperwork to fill out and offered us a snack and a drink.

We only waited about 10 minutes and we called back. The nurses Kelly and Emily were great and Dr. Megan Pearce’s was absolutely phenomenal.
My blood pressure was very high from the amount of pain I was in and I had had the worst headache for three days straight. They gave me a couple bags of fluid mixed with some medication’s in an IV to help with the headache and bring down the pain. They sent me home with a few prescriptions. I was in and out with in an hour. Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars in I could.

Our daughter had cut on her chin. We called them to confirm if is it open as it was already 10 pm. We went there and waited for more than 20min to fill forms and then they took her to examine. After all that doctor came and had look on her wound. She explained us what can be done as its little deep cut. We went for glue instead of stitches. In 10min everything was done and we were said to wait for a while and leave. Overall we liked their service and all were nice and friendly. It is well maintained.

Absolutely stellar. I've been a few times in the last two years and have NEVER received anything less than incredible service. I went last Friday, Aug 23, with intense stomach pains and the staff made me feel instantly better. Big Mike at the front desk was thorough, kind, and hilarious; Kelli the nurse was intentional and understanding; Kenneth the RAD tech was kind and even gave me a warm blanket for my CAT scan; and Dr. Lee went through all the possibilties and was honest and encouraging. What a staff! I am SO grateful for their care. Well done.

Went in last Sunday and had sinus infection for a week. Steroid shot only and no antibiotics. When I was not getting better called to ask for script for meds they said doctor I saw was not in and could not tell me when they would be in. I would have to come back and pay another $350.00 that’s with my PPO. Nice staff and clean place but no medication given for issue. Had to go to my regular doctor to get medication yesterday.

These people did absolutely nothing for my child except shine a pen light in his eyes and charged $1085. No labs, no test, no Rx, that is ridiculous 😤! HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND 0 stars n3eds to be an option.

I want to give ER of Texas of Little Elm a big thanks. For taking care of my elderly father who was stung by wasps. Big Mike was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The back office nurses were very gentle and kind. Our time in the facility was short and sweet!

The hospital was amazing and helped me get care quickly. They keep the hospital clean as well and they listen to your symptoms. They helped me get the right medication right away as well. I recommend anyone to come here over other ER places!
