An emergency room is not a place a person comes to willingly, but the staff and team at ERTX make the experience bearable. We’ve had to come here three times, including today, and each time the staff have attended to the issue professionally and courteously. They even called a couple of days after discharge to ensure we were better!

My new favorite ER! Staff was amazing, actually cared and listened. Waiting room was as if I was in the lounge of a nice hotel, with free drinks, snacks and coffee machine. Honestly the best ER experience I've had in my life!

Extremely friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable staff. Excellent caring for both my kids, only one of whom was the patient. Very clean facility and we were able to get in very quickly. What I liked maybe the most was that they gave kind of a range of treatment options with pros/cons of each and also gave their honest assessment of a direct plan to navigate all our options. They explained things to my son in a way he could understand before doing it so that he felt both included and safe. They were great at giving a very personalized approach and keeping us all feeling included and cared for. This was absolutely the best treatment I've had at any hospital ER or stand alone emergency care facility.

We have used ER of Texas Mansfield a few times. From the moment you walk in, the service is outstanding! They go above and beyond for their patients, follow up calls afterwards and one of the nicest establishments I have ever been to. FYI their Coffee selection is amazing! On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate them higher than a 10.

Don’t go here. I Came in in excruciating pain, vomiting, and couldn’t stand upright. They diagnosed me with constipation. Sent me home the next morning when I was still in pain and vomiting. I went to a real Emergency room the next evening and found out I had a twisted ovary. Had to go into emergency surgery. Ended up losing my ovary because too much time had passed. Had I gone to a real ER with adequate medical professionals, there’s a chance my ovary could have been saved.

We had a great experience at ER of Texas Mansfield from the front desk to discharge everyone was so nice and accommodating Dr Shawn was cool, knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. My nurses were fantastic Ididn’t even feel the IV and we were in and out in no time and already feeling better. The facility is beautiful as well! Will definitely come back if needed

My husband had to visit this ER in January. The care itself was wonderful and prompt but the bill they sent to our insurance wasn't. My husband ended up having a kidney stone. The ER gave him pain meds and did a CT scan which revealed the stone. We were there for 3 hours. They billed our insurance as "in network" for $40k for some pain meds and a CT scan. That is absolutely insane!

Wow, reviewing this experience is such a joy because I absolutely despise going to the doctor! Haha! However, when I had a little accident and injured my side, I decided to give it a shot and hope for the best. To my utter amazement, I have never felt so welcomed and cared for in my entire life! It was as if I was in the comfort of my own home, being taken care of by my own family! Can you believe they even had snacks and drinks in the waiting area? And the paperwork was a breeze to read. They explained everything to me in such a clear manner. Once they took me back to my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the friendly environment. What really touched my heart was the genuine concern they showed towards me and how I was feeling. And guess what? They discovered that I actually had a couple of fractured ribs. How amazing is that?
