For the past two years, I’ve been in and out of hospitals, doctors’ offices, and emergency rooms, and this is the only place where I’ve truly felt respected. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They didn’t rush me, speak over me, or dismiss my concerns. Instead, they genuinely listened and addressed everything I needed. If they could be my primary care providers, I’d come back every time without hesitation. It's never fun to have to visit an ER. The doctors, nurses, and front desk are awesome to deal with, though! The staff explains everything thoroughly and really cares about the people they are treating. My wife and I have been to this ER a few times over the last couple years. If you need help, I recommend this ER for sure.

Everyone that helped me was very courteous and seemed to actually care about what was effecting me. Very thorough in asking questions and helping find out the root cause for my pain. I was seen pretty quickly and everything was handled efficiently. Glad there is a place like this close

Son needed 6 stitches & a tetanus shot after a spill on a flower pot, & the doc had excellent bedside manner, had us in & out in less than an hour, & they didn’t charge us a thing. Wonderful experience. Really took the stress of emergency situations away completely.

My mother and I visited this emergency room earlier this week. They had a very nice team and made us feel very comfortable. We were greeted as we walked in, the lady was named Annette, she was great! Nurse Terry was awesome, he made us feel very comfortable and addressed the concerns we had. Overall great experience and would recommend this emergency room to nearby family and friends!

I had an exceptional experience at this hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and efficient. Every step of the way, they explained everything clearly and ensured I understood my treatment plan. The doctor was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They even went out of their way to make sure my mom was comfortable while she waited.
