I had a great experience with ER Quick Care.

From the receptionist to the Nurse/PA and Doctor, they were all very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.

I got great treatment from the whole team and drove by 3 Urgent Care clinics on the way because they are so great.

I would recommend using this facility for any of your medical needs simply because they are better than the rest. I would credit the people who work there as the main reason why.

They don’t just treat you, they actually
Listen and care. That goes a long way with me and my Loved ones.

It was Monday morning and very busy. This did not stop the staff from being courteous, attentive and professional. Everyone took their time. Listen to why I was there ordered proper test. Everything was performed in a timely manner While waiting for test results, people checked in on me. Dr Paisan was so kind, attentive answered all my questions. Made sure I had all of the proper appointments and other specialist moving forward. A plan for me to get better. Highly recommend

I was real happy with the service I got at this place, I was visiting from out of town and had serious bronchitis. The nurses were excellent and they had an actual doctor, kind of an old-timer with a good sense of humor, and he was great. I'm allergic to amoxicillin so he gave me something else, and it knocked whatever I had out pretty fast. It was Saturday afternoon and very busy, but I thought they moved things along at a very reasonable pace. I got a full chest x-ray, they have all the equipment that you will need at an urgent care that's for sure

Very helpful when my 13 month old had an ear infection. Most urgent cares in the area won’t take someone that young. The nurse and Dr were so friendly. Highly recommend.

I was not a patient at your establishment but not for lack of trying. It was about an hour round trip from my home. I went there with a bronchial issue and chose you on the basis of reviews and the fact that your website named my insurance as one you accepted. I called the listed phone number to double check my coverage and was unable to talk to anyone but trusted the website and went anyway.
I was given paperwork and a short time after I began was told you do not accept my insurance (Humana Gold) that I have had 13 years and have never had an issue with . It is not very compassionate to be inaccurate with information given to people who are already dealing with health issues and often are not Floridians. You need to be more explicit if insurance issues are so complicated that people feel duped and really discouraged when they need help the most.

My dad had an acute issue and refused to go to the hospital since he’s uninsured, so I brought him here. Everyone was very friendly, transparent and efficient. They were able to draw labs and analyze them on site, and adjusted his medications to address the problem. I’ll definitely go back for any future needs!

Great place. I was seen by a doctor who quickly diagnosed the problem and solution. Everyone there was very pleasant to deal with. I felt lucky to have such a good quality place available close to home.
