WORST experience of my life at an ER. The doctor (Dr Hall) was ridiculously uneducated. Been battling with a kidney disease for years, I know when something is wrong. After waiting 8 hours, I finally was brought to a room to be told that my kidney is obstructed and has fluid build up and is not draining, but there’s nothing they can do for me. So I could be going septic in a matter of hours/days, and you can’t do anything? Not even recommend to send me to a bigger hospital? Not to mention I AM pregnant. If something happens to me or my unborn baby due to complications from this, you can bet I’ll be coming back & have this hospital in a legal chokehold. 0/10 do NOT recommend

Absolutely amazing!for the ones with bad experiences they only have 8 rooms. We're blessed to have an ER that close. They do the most life threatening first I'm sure as that seems right. But thank u SF In glenpool for taking care of my family you have & myself .. I came in with bad burns and they helped me within the seconds!! Hands down amazing 👏 God bless the awesome nurses & doctors!

Front desk was MIA. I walked down the hall worried about my odd symptoms and was sent back to the vacant desk. Phone was there to call, but rang right to the vacant desk. A lady came out of the doors and apologized because the phone didn't reach out back and she was checking a patient in.

Everyone was okay. Most people I dealt with were indifferent. The rest were kind. I was very worried. I was taken in for a heart monitor quickly. Imaging was quick. I was sent back out to the lobby with an IV. It might have been 20 minutes and I had a room. Took almost 2 hours. Nurse and doctor were nice enough.

The cost is insane especially with random bills rolling in. It's the same for everyone.

This place is a joke! I Bought my son in for a very painful infected cyst on his tailbone. He is not able to sit on his bottom at all due to pain. Staff was not concerned at all and demanded him to sit in the waiting room on his bottom in pain for hours with a draining wound. He tried to sit and wait but after an hour my son was in too much pain. I asked staff again if there was anywhere in the entire hospital that my son can lay on his stomach until he can be seen. I was told no and that we can wait in the car. Once we got in my car we waited another 1.5 hrs and no staff have checked on us or tried to accommodate his needs. We eventually left because sitting in the car for that long period of time was unacceptable. My son did not receive the treatment that he so desperately needed because St Francis Glenpool ER refused to accommodate his needs or ensure that he was in a safe environment also, they didn't try to resolve the issue or have any remorse. This place is a joke! The negative reviews are true and accurate!!

I've been telling friends how great the St. Francis ER in Glenpool was for us. I'm getting ready to send them a gift basket in thanks. I've heard about friends waiting hours to be seen in Tulsa area ERs and urgent care facilities. When I thought I might have pneumonia Saturday night, we took a chance that Glenpool ER might not be as busy as Tulsa ERs. The place looked empty when we got there. They got us in right away, and 3 nurses and one physician acted quickly in tandem to provide the services I needed. Jay, Caleb, Lauren and the Dr were super professional and compassionate. Once I was stabilized, they transported me to the main hospital at 61st & Yale by ambulance, even though my illness wasn't critical. They told me the ambulance wouldn't cost me anything. We appreciate their staff more than we can say!

My husband had a dislocated jaw and we had to go to the ED for them to set it back in place. Great team and we felt cared for. Kate was our day shift nurse and we appreciated her. She made us feel advocated for and taken care of. Thank you guys ❤️

My wife waited for 5 hours to be seen, and the receptionist let everyone else go ahead of her because they pre-judged her condition and decided that she must not be as critical as everyone else. How do you know? Pain in the back that goes through the front can be a lot of serious things. But no, after 5 hours of waiting while others only wait 30 minutes the receptionist simply said, well you're welcome to leave and I'll take you off the list...
