Was dreading to go to an ER in Houston because of the long wait times so went to ER Total Point based on a recommendation from a doctor friend. Could not have been happier! Check-in was super easy, I was seen to right away, nurses were friendly and very capable, doctor was very nice and informative, staff was professional and the ER was clean and well equipped. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Highly recommend!

My son cut his arm with a metal fence. We went here vs Lukes Hospital, I am glad we did it was very fast to see him. The dr was awesome, they offered us water bottles and they were just wonderful. The dr spent a lot of time emplaning to us what he had to do and answering our questions. 10+ for this place.

We went here because my brother could not close his jaw and we were worried and it was close, they attended us quickly even though the doctor said it was not an emergency . The nurse was nice and tried her best to help us. Dr. Gbaanador though at first was nice, seemed to get mad when I asked questions, and my brother said that after he tried to "fix" his jaw it hurt more because he kept pulling down, at the end he was unable to solve anything, and we paid $925. We later went to a chiropractor and apparently to fix his jaw the muscle was supposed to go backwards not forwards, so if anything maybe he hurt the jaw more. Also the doctor kept trying to have a conversation with my brother when my brother was obviously unable to talk! You have to pay upfront here and they said it would be a total of $725, later apparently they told us they ended changing the medication that cost more than the one they originally where supposed to use they didn't tell us anything about the change or the price but later we paid $200 than the original price even after we had already paid the $725. They did a CT Scan that we took with the chiropractor and apparently it was very difficult to see anything in the scan. Overall I would not recommend this place because the doctor is useless.

They are under new management of Aether health group. Nice and clean facility , highly professional doctor and nurses, came in with chest pain and was taken in right away and promptly treated, thank you for taking care of me. Highly recommended!

I can not tell you the level of care I receive when coming here has always been the best I have ever received. Dr. Gary Rhame was immediate to help and offer medical attention I needed. My nurse Evelyn was amazing and so kind. Come here for a quick ER visit.
