The doctor wouldn't listen to me with the same problem. I'm multiracial and she just doesn't want me to get better. Playing games with my health because it's all about control and power over others. I'm being discriminated against due to my race.i ask for the same as last time. A shot at the urgent care and a few to take home . It helps with the burning swelling, itching and it's very painful. I've never asked for no pain meds. Just the steroid to help with the heal process like last time and she said she'd agree abd then didn't send it. Theni called and asked and she said shed send it. I go to the pharmacy looking stupid asking and then called back for you to tell me no . So embarrassing. She's just being mean. And wanting me to go back to er. Wow. Wasting my time when you really don't Wan to help me cause of my race. And I'm going to the news as well

Have gone to this ER 4 times with my husband and son. Like many ER's one struggles to get help for things that are important to the patient but not to the healthcare team. For example, EVERYTIME we went to this ER they could never provide a pillow for the head. My husband with stage 4 esophageal cancer was so uncomfortable and then again my son with acute appendicitis ......and we never got a pillow despite asking. I finally drove home to get them, both visits. Now I go with pillow in tow. Also, since this is a HCA facility if you need to get transferred to a hospital they will most likely transfer you to their hospital (which is not covered under our plan). So remember you need to ask about transferring you to your hospital in your plan, because they won't likely bring it up.

Dr Paul Steele was so incredibly patient and very helpful. I came in with GI issues that i’ve been suffering with for the last 3 years. No doctor has been able to give me a diagnosis for what i’ve been dealing with. I explained my symptoms and pain the same way i did with other doctors and they dismissed my concerns BUT Dr. Steele took the time to listen and do a few simple test and told me a diagnosis that I had never heard of from any other doctor. I can not thank Dr. Paul Steele enough for the relief I can now begin to feel now that I have a diagnosis to look into. The service at this ER was super fast and easy to check in to. S/O to RN Jamie as well for being kind!

Just got home from going there, although there was no number and hardly any reviews, when I went inside and got treatment for my 5 year old they were absolutely amazing. Got us in and out very quickly. Identified the issue right away got us medication right away and we’re very sweet and caring. For myself I really don’t like the dr/hospital at all. But from now on I will go here in emergencies and won’t have that anxiety and worry about how they are going to treat us. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I can count on one hand how many times a medical service provider has exceeded expectations. The Largo Medical Center's 24/7 ER is at the top of that short list. I was checked in and being consulted with the nurse on duty in under 5 minutes. Granted I was the only one in the waiting room (which is itself a great thing) but she was extremely pleasant, thorough and understanding. Dr. Bill Williams took the notes from the nurse and was speaking to me only moments later and he also continued to impress with his attention to detail, sympathetic bedside manner and professionalism. Even the registrar came to me and was pleasant and engaging. When it was time to leave, as I was walking down the hall, three employees wished me well by name. I was easily in and out of the facility within 30 minutes having having received everything I could have hoped for and more. I hope I never have to seek their care again but God forbid I ever need emergent medical care, these people are my first stop. I can't sing their praises too much.

WARNING!!! OVER BILLS MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! I went in for 15 minutes for a simple prescription and was billed $1200. After paying the bill, I again was billed 6 months later for another $900 because the MD wasn't included in the first bill. All they did was take my temperature and blood pressure. This place is greedy and only cares about money. If it could give 0 stars I would. Don't go here unless you like receiving bill after bill in the mail. NOTE: I have health insurance place billed my insurance over $3k in addition to what I paid. This place is a scam!!!

Don't bother stopping to dispose sharps correctly! Security guard told me to dispose in the trash that they no longer accept them. Just another way that HCA cares more about their bottom line than doing the right thing for their patients.

The few times I have been there, I have always received excellent care! Everyone from the front desk, nurses, technicians and doctors have always been very thorough, kind, quick and efficient. This is the only urgent care I will go too or take my family! Awesome job! Thank you!
