My experience at Family First was the best experience you can have in the ER (under these circumstances). The staff was super friendly, and establishment was extremely clean. It smells like Lysol as soon as you walk through the door. I took my 6yr old to the ER because she was having flu like symptoms and problems breathing. I was called to the back quickly before I could even finish my paperwork.
My daughter is super nervous about going to the doctor and once she saw the nurse and the kid friendly room that looks like a room out of a Disney Resort and her favorite cartoon on tv, she was calm. After the doctor came in and they treated her she got a nice surprise out of the treasure box and a stuffed animal. She was so happy.
After she took the medicine per doctor instructions, she was good to go within 48 hrs. and back to her normal self. Lastly, the Family First ER did a follow up call to check on my daughter and see if we had any questions. I have been to several Emergency Room's, urgent care, etc. No one has ever called to check on the us.
The service is the best and I would highly recommend to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would, 5 is not enough.

Excellent service, they are fast, professional, so empathetic, real people. Starting with the front desk, a very lovely lady, sweet and kind, the nurses, same, professional, they show you empathy, kindness and compassion. The doctor takes his time to explain, to go over everything and try you understand to make you calm. On my visit, they had to get a technician to perform an ultrasound, she got there fast and she was so professional, so sweet, patient, helpful she held me to calm mentally as well.

From the moment you walk through the door depending on the time you go you are greeted by friendly helpful receptionists. Camille always has a smile, is friendly and helpful. The nurses and Dr's are great as well. The facility is always clean and neat, and when I have to take the kid, she loves the snacks. Thank you so much for all that you do!

I took my son yesterday and the staff is simply the sweetest, most attentive, most patient and caring staff we have ever been Interacted with, and as any parent knows you are constantly dealing with doctors. From the time we stepped in and Kris Ann greeted us, To Dr. Margolis’ thorough explanation, to the time we walked out everyone was amazing … Just the best experience. I would certainly recommend anyone who is in need a medical emergent attention go to this facility!

I have been to Family First ER several times and they always treat me and my family great. This last visit the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Once we were called back, Stacey and Jen took great care of us. The Doctor was thorough and professional. We will continue to use this minor ER for our needs. Thanks again!

Just brought my 4 year old and she is getting everyone’s full attention. From the front desk receptionist on back. I don’t see any doctors or nurses just standing around. As soon as we walked back everyone greeted my daughter and I and made sure she got all the care and attention she needed. The doctor is very patient and worked to make sure my daughter was comfortable during her checking. The nurses had great energy as well and sent my daughter on her way with all kinds of goodies. Love Love Love Family First!! First of all they come to our school where I work and they pamper us with goodies from time to time. I had to take 2 kids and my husband to an urgent care this year and all 3 times we decided to go here. Amazing and FAST service every single time! With my son, the doctor was great! He had an elbow break from baseball and the doctor got us hooked up with an amazing surgeon and we got in so fast. He was messaging the other doctor at 10:30 at night about my son. We will ALWAYS go here when we have an emergency. And I always highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I recently visited the emergency room, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The reception team greeted me with warm smiles and quickly guided me through the check-in process, making a stressful situation feel much more manageable.

The medical team was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Their professionalism and expertise were evident, but it was their compassion that truly stood out. They made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, which helped ease my anxiety.

The facility was clean, well-organized, and efficient, which further added to my positive experience. I was amazed at how quickly I was seen, and the care I received was top-notch.
