DO NOT GO HERE, pick ANY other ER or Urgent Care in the area. If I could give this place less than one star I would. Waited for four hours, and they seem to have the weirdest efficiency policies because they don’t ever actually have anyone wait in beds unless they were actively bleeding or stroking out. They make you get up walk to the back and back down every time they need a signature, blood draw, or med disbursement. The waiting room was kept at 59 degrees and they said there was nothing they could do about it. After no one had talked to or updated us for 45 minutes we went up to the window and no one was there. We rang the button that I guess is supposed to ring someone up, and after hearing several minutes of the desk girls and nurses giggling and hanging out behind the wall we decided to give up and walk out because after waiting from 2-6:30 we might as well just schedule an urgent care appointment

I came in with a busted knee from skiing and everyone was so attentive and kind. I am very impressed with everyone’s courtesy and professionalism. From the kind intake and discharge personnel, to the very knowledgeable and skilled PA, to the kind radiologist and the gentle and courteous nurse, I am very pleased with my medical care today. Thank you to the great team who made a Christmas Eve ER visit much better than expected. Thank you.

Been here several times and have always been taken care of quickly and extremely professionally. My wife was experiencing so much pain in her side that she was throwing up and wanting to pass out. They took her in fairly quickly and started scans and Xrays to find the problem. They found she had a UTI along with trying to pass a kidney stone. David and Derrick were wonderful helping her to relax, lessen the pain, and administering medications during her 5 hour stay. They and the doctors went well beyond making sure all our questions were answered. We are so thankful for Foothill Presbyterian Hospital and all their employees for their unwavering care they give to all who need them. We drive 20 miles in order to use this hospital as we have found no other that shows the care they have given to us.

I’m grateful for this hospital because my son had RSV and we brought him in and the doctor we had was phenomenal. He didn’t get irritated when we asked questions and he even went to get a second opinion from another doctor who was phenomenal too by the way. They both made the call to transfer him CHOC hospital for better care. The nurses were really nice as well they had to put an IV on my son and they did the best they could without getting irritated. They called an ambulance and it only took an hour for them to come. I felt comfortable the whole time and the hospital feels clean as well.

Been here multiple times, always seen quickly. The staff is very cordial and understanding, as should you be. They deal with an incredible amount of stress everyday, so them being nice at all is a rarity.

Don't give this place 1 star because it was incredibly backed up and the practitioner was rushing you because he had 99 other patients to stop from dying.

David was super nice to me made me feel comfortable during x-rays. Wait was long but they still treat you well and even though they didn’t have rooms available they still got everything done in a timely matter. Anthony at front desk was super kind too and took the time to tell me what they were going to do for me once my bed was available. All the staff there are super considerate I recommend this ER.

Took my sick mom here Thanksgiving night. Type 2 diabetes and blood sugars that were over 380 for at least several hours and a lung infection. They gave no x ray, no fluid, did not call endo ( all the things they told me would likely happen over the phone). After waiting another hour past the time the np telling me she was discharging her and was going to prescribe something for type 2, and nothing happening, I asked the front girl about the discharge and told them my mom really needed to get home (it was after 1am ) and being very sick she needed to lay down ( they removed the beds in the first rooms in the er) so now only hard plastic chairs. The front girl spoke with the np and I asked if I take her home will the prescription still be there and I was told yes, just log into the patient portal and the only thing we would not be able to do was ask questions (which I had already asked multiple times why they were not doing chest x ray or anything like fluids or endocrinologist for very high blood sugar). So we went home. Next day only to find could not create patient portal and they wrote down that we just left so there was nothing they could do, but we were "welcome to come back". What a joke. The front girl spoke to the np and I very specifically asked these questions at the front desk where I was told they were not ordering any other treatment. I had advised them prior there were no doctors on call at mom's dr office for the next 4 days. They had the audacity to tell me they just wanted to be thorough. They heard she could hardly take a breath, gave one breathing treatment and took blood. That was it. To find out we could not even access her records was just ridiculous and left a elderly patient with very high blood sugar and chest infection to go home with nothing after hours sitting in their rock hard chairs. Long ago this used to be a decent place. Not anymore. We didn't even see one Doctor at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Her blood sugar has been over 400 since leaving with no one to call at all.
Total waste of time.

Not sure why all the negative reviews, especially without any actual details... but I had a positive experience here when I recently brought my wife in after she had an accident at home. We were greeted and tended to right away, had x-rays taken and prescribed medication needed for pain within a reasonable amount of time. The nurse in the lobby was very attentive and even helped dress my wife's injury as we waited.
Emergency help on a Saturday night when we needed it, thanks to the great staff and friendly service
