Although I was extremely sick with the flu when I visited, my experience at this facility was the absolute best it could be. Every stage of my visit was efficiently executed (front desk check in, in-take process, communication, treatment & care) I was pleasantly impressed with how well this office was run. Every member of staff that I interacted with made me feel welcome, cared for, and as if I was their main priority. It was a peaceful, private environment which is hard to come by in other ER’s I’ve visited. I appreciate everyone who took part in my healing. THANK YOU!

The hospital staff especially all the nurses took great care of me. I was amazed at their dedication and professionalism and caring nature throughout my stay there at the ER and then the three nights I was at the hospital. They were the best nurses and hospital staff anyone could ask for.

Doctor and tech were awesome! They both brought compassion and helpful care to my visit. I think things were a little weird with the nurse though, and I suspect patient experience and quality metrics are part of the issue.

The nurse’s assessment questions were scripted and it was uncomfortable for both of us I think! All the patient satisfier and best practice boxes were checked, but very little nursing seemed to be allowed.

Facilities were great for an ER. I just think their nursing staff seem burnt out and aren’t able to practice autonomously enough.

The reception staff is incredibly welcoming, and the nurses and doctors are so empathetic and soothing, which is greatly appreciated in such times of stress. They listened, took fantastic care of me, and answered every question I had with great attention to detail. I even called them about a million times after my visit, and they were so patient and willing to help over the phone. They take all kinds of insurance here AND offer financial aid screenings up to 6 months after a visit. Couldn't have asked for better service in dire times. Thanks to everyone who helped me out!

I’ve been in the ER many times with ill family members who were sometimes in very dire circumstances. I’m very thankful for the help and thoughtful care provided by the medical staff even during the pandemic.

The best. I have high risk pregnancies, I’ve lived in several states and traveled extensively. Having been in some horrible situations and bad intercity level one trauma centers in my past; I just had to take the time to say thank you to the amazing staff at Boulder Community Hospital. My family and friends all love this hospital as well. This is by far the cleanest and most welcoming hospitals I’ve been to. I’ve been a patient for going on 4 years now. I owe my life to some of these doctors. The compassion that people have here from the time they check you in to the amazing nurses (Thank you Laurie!) that follow up with you and care about your treatment plan. The lab employees (Jasmine) are caring and sweet people. This is how healthcare should be. Every other hospital take note.

We are somewhat new to CO, and clueless w/ the hospitals and clinics. At that time, we went by Google ratings and close proximity to choose Foothills to admit my son for suspicion of appendicitis.
From the patient drop off, parking space, lobby cleanliness, admission staff, vending machine, nurse, doctor, other staff members, private waiting room, communication and relation with EMT and the Children’s Hospital Colorado Aurora, billing department, cafeteria, and the gift shop volunteers (two very lovely high school seniors!) We had nothing but positive experience. The bright and well equipped facility + the efficient and friendly staff made the whole experience memorable in a good way.
Due to the lack of pediatric surgeon and recovery room at that time, they performed the necessary treatment and administrative process to transfer us over to the Children Hospital by ambulance. They answered my questions with clearing and patience. A week later, I called back regarding the Copayment and changes of my insurance accounts. The billing department took care of it with great efficiency. 🙂
