I was visiting in town and needed to go to an ER for a CAT scan for back pain. I did a Google search and found this place was located nearby. I'm so fortunate I found it because this is THE best ER I have ever visited. I wish I could give them 6 stars! I called first to see if they had an CAT machine and I was surprised that the phone was immediately answered by a person (not a robot) and they quickly answered my question. The office is decorated nicely and it is very neat and clean throughout. I did not wait long to see the doctor and she was extremely nice when I explained my issue. Truthfully, everyone was very nice and so attentive. The care and interactions I received at this facility is top notch. This is definately the place to visit if you are ever in need of quality medical care. When I travelled back to my home state, I was quite surprised to find they had sent me a hand addressed envelope with a signed get well card in the mail. I have never received such excellent care and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an ER.

We were in town for the holidays and my child fell. We took him here for X-rays and Dr. Crawford and as amazing. He had a great bedside manner with my child and diagnosed a fracture. He then helped us find a pediatric orthopedist which was a huge help because we are not from the area.

We had the opportunity to visit last night in need of emergency services and everyone of the staff was amazingly kind, thorough and professional. Our wait time was minimal and after completing the necessary paperwork, we were seen nearly immediately. Thank you for a great experience!

This is the second time we have been to this clinic. Both times it’s been the best urgent care we have ever visited. The facility is super clean, all staff is extremely friendly and helpful no matter what time of night it has been. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment.

I came in for severe neck pain that I had been having for a couple of days and was very much planning to wait a long time to be seen BUT not here at complete care! I’ve been to other emergency rooms and always felt uncomfortable but not here! Rebecca was super sweet and Dr solley was amazing. I was seen immediately with little to no wait time and ALL of the staff was amazing and so kind! I’ve never had a better experience at any other emergency room and complete care exceeded my expectations!! Also was a very clean environment and 10/10 would recommend friends and families to come here! Thank you complete care! 😊

Outstanding Clinic. This was my second visit in the last 4 years. I was feeling pain in the abdomen and lower back. I can't thank enough the staff for their help. They are very knowledgable and conducted a comprehensive assessment of my health and were able to me get better. Very attentive and show care for the patients. I highly recommend it.

Had an urgent care issue that required a doctor's care to include a possible x-rays, and not wanting to go to a hospital emergency room, Fossil Creek Complete Care was the best option. Upon arrival we were met by professional and friendly front desk that had us fill out the standard healthcare forms. We were informed that there might be an hour and a half wait, but in actually it was close to 30 minutes. We were ushered into the clinic/emergency area into a treatment room by the nurse that quickly did the vitals and wrote down the reason for the visit. The doctor was quick to visit and further asked more questions followed by an examination during which he explained what he was observing, this lead to x-rays that are done there and a very short time later the x-ray results were ready and the doctor returned to explain the results and the treatment options. I need to commend both nurses and doctor who were very professional, caring and friendly because all took the time to talk, listen, ask questions, and discuss what the issue was and offer treatment options. We were seeing and treated within 2 and a half hours. All in all Fossil Creek Complete Care provide the same care and treatment that a hospital emergency room offers.
