I had a fantastic experience during my outpatient surgery at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. The entire staff was welcoming, accommodating and diligent to make sure I was comfortable and prepared for surgery. The nurses were so warm and caring which made my experience much less stressful than I was expecting. Thank you for the great care!

My experience as a whole was 5 stars but you lost 1 star because the office where my information was given was the size of a closet and very cold. I was there briefly but the poor woman was dressed in layers.. No one should have to work in those conditions. Otherwise, the team in the CT room worked liked a well oiled machine. Very friendly and precise.

Very professional and thorough. For being so sick, I saw seen immediately, I felt that I was given the best treatment, All the tests were ran and the diagnosis made and treated in a short period of time. Kudos to The MD and staff. The incredible doctorial response, team consulting and personal care I received was absolutely top shelf work. Who would have believed that I would have 5 doctors, from 5 different disciplines in my room at one time?! I felt very blessed to have such skillful staff helping me through this medical situation. Thank you, Doctors. The nursing staff and their supporting workers deserve many thanks for their exceptional care, too.

My wife encounter a "heart condition" the evening of 21 Jan 25. Was rushed to Blake by ambulance. After 3 procedures on her heart and 5 stents, she made great improvement and was released 28 Jan 25. During her entire stay at Blake, the treatment and care she received from the staff and doctors was outstanding. I have been in Blake ER and hospital over the past 6 years a few times, and always received great treatment and care. After receiving substandard care at another major hospital, Blake is the ONLY hospital in the area we will go too.
