Few days ago, I brought my father to this facility where the entire staff made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. The nurses Justin and Taylor were very nice and helpful. Laura, the CT tech was also very pleasant . However we are still extremely impressed with the kindness of Dr. Adrian Ortiz. He patiently explained everything that was going on with my father and even drew us a picture to make sure we understood the explanation about his treatment options. The “We care attitude” of the entire team made us feel good. Definitely this will be our emergency room of choice if we need it to

I would like to share my experience of HCA Florida ChampionsGate Emergency. I have never been a patient there and I must say ChampionsGate Emergency really takes excellent care of you in your time of need. The Doctor and team on duty were amazing. My nurse Alexandra was so caring, compassionate and empathetic. She made me feel secure in my most vulnerable moment.
I was stressed and confused during my visit due to not feeling well when my Nurse Alexandra provided emotional support with her kind words as well as very attentive towards my needs as a patient. Nurse Alexandra, Thank you for your kindness, dedication and healing touch!!!
I highly recommend HCA Florida ChampionsGate Emergency!!

Dr. Lopez-Garcia was amazing and so was the rest of the staff today (2/6/25). From check-in with security to discharge the service was A-1 and first class. I was coming from the west coast and the humidity got the best of me so I needed a Neb Tx, which they did with no hesitation. They were compassionate and refilled all of my scripts because my luggage was lost flying in. I am an ER provider in Las Vegas and I can tell you from personal experience and knowledge, they performing at an above average level, 5-stars all the way!!

It was very nice when I first walked in clean the nurse came and got me. The rooms were nice and clean. Also didn't take him long, I had A CT scan took a couple minutes, and by the time we were done with that, I waited about fifteen twenty minutes.They gave me my results, and on my way I went

The staff was so rude every time we had a question they would answer it in such a rude tone which is absolutely unacceptable. We were also asked for way too much information the second we got in good thing it wasn’t an emergency because if it was then I would probably be dead. They also charged us almost 80 bucks just for them to tell me I have an illness and don’t even give us medication. The person at the front desk doesn’t even do anything as he just scrolls on his phone and tells us to just put our information on the device so what’s the purpose of even having someone at the front desk if he is not going to do anything? Horrible service I am not coming back again.

Would like to have had things move more quickly being seen since was only patient present. Happy with Doctors professionalism. Was also surprised that wasn’t tested for flu or Covid since following day had fever and Nausea after UTI DIAGNOSIS

This was my first time going to the ER since we moved. The patient attention was excellent and the Dr. Mitchell was a blessing. He understood my pain and prescribed and order tests just to make sure it was nothing serious. I would highly recommend this ER to everyone.

HCA located in Davenport, FL is definitely the place to seek assistance for any medical emergency.
The ready response from front desk to medical team gave undivided attention.
The knowledge displayed and the information provided was excellent.
I cannot hesitate to mention the names of the team who gave excellent care, compassion and very friendly.
